Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with 6+ years of experience to join the software development team of a leading Clinical Research organization.

The role involves developing and enhancing enterprise applications, building scalable APIs, and contributing to feature development while ensuring code quality and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8+ and Hibernate.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs using JAX-RS (RestEasy) and Jackson.
• Work with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including complex query writing.
• Develop UI components using JSP and React.js.
• Utilize GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD processes.
• Ensure code quality through SonarQube and SonarLint.
• Work with AWS services including IAM, SNS, SQS, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Note : Candidates should preferably be sourced from organizations within the Grid ecosystem.

Role: PHP Developer

Exp: 2-3 Years

Budget: 40-50k INR Per Month 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in PHP development.
• Proficient in CodeIgniter 3 & 4 frameworks.
• Strong expertise in JQuery, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience in handling server management and related configurations.
• Knowledge of Payment Gateway integrations and ensuring secure transactions.
• Understanding of Ubuntu server environments and deployment.
• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS.
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture.
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible.
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability.
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required:

• At least 2.5 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds.
• Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database.
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database.
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j.
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks.
• Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications.
• Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences.
• Experience building a large-scale social or location-based app.

This person MUST have:

• B.E Computer Science or equivalent
• 5 years experience with the Django framework
• Experience with building APIs (REST or GraphQL) 
• Strong Troubleshooting and debugging skills
• React.js knowledge would be an added bonus 
• Understanding on how to use a database like Postgres (prefered choice), SQLite, MongoDB, MySQL.
• Sound knowledge of object-oriented design and analysis.
• A strong passion for writing simple, clean and efficient code.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Git.
• Strong communication skills.

Experience:

• Min 5 year experience
• Startup experience is a must. 

Location:

• Remote developer

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

Position:

• Full time/Direct
