
Role Objective
As a Member of the GTM Staff, you will join our Full-Stack Sales Team focusing on global markets. This role is specifically designed for high-energy builders who want to own the entire end-to-end B2B SaaS sales cycle from Day 1. You will not be a cog in a machine spinning out cold lists you will learn modern SaaS sales by doing, fully supported by our advanced AI prospecting stack and dedicated GTM engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Global Outbound Pipeline: Run high-volume outbound calling and design personalized email and LinkedIn outreach sequences to identify and qualify warm prospects across global markets.
- Multi-Stakeholder Account Engagement: Map target organizations and engage decision-makers across multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Executive Leadership.
- Full-Cycle Deal Management: Conduct deep initial discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, and partner closely with Pre-Sales and Demo Engineers to move deals seamlessly from first contact to close.
- Maintain Peak CRM Hygiene: Drive operational excellence by updating activity tracking, deal pipelines, and stakeholder notes daily within our CRM stack.
- Inbound & Campaign Alignment: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to rapidly follow up on inbound leads and execute targeted product campaigns.
