Business Development Executive (Staff Augmentation)

SyncEzy is a SAAS integration company and we build deep integrations between the world's leading applications. We are looking to expand our integrations to other areas and are looking for Four Experienced Developers to join our team.

Senior Laravel / PHP Full Stack Developer - Work from Home/ Remote Role

The right candidate will:

• Have developed integrations or applications using the Laravel Framework and Microservices.
• Develop deep functional integrations between applications using publicly documented APIs.
• Have a strong experience using tools like Postman to consume APIs from Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, Infusionsoft, Xero, Quickbooks, Shopify, Procore, simPRO, or similar apps.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Understand business requirements based on spec sheets and build deep functional integrations
• Work well with the existing team of developers
• Have demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including PHP Laravel framework, Angular, NodeJs
• Experience with SOAP, REST, and other APIs
• Experience with OAuth, Managing Security, and access tokens, encryption, Single Sign-On.

Recruitment Process:

Round 1: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a video conferencing interview.

Round 2: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to Software Development Test assignment task, You will be paid for up to 8 hours based on the time taken to complete the task.

Round 3: Personal Interview / Meet the team / Offer if successful.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Laravel framework.
• Minimum 3 years experience with public APIs of world-leading applications like (Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, Xero, Quickbooks, Shopify, or more)
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Bachelors in Engineering IT / Computer Science. BCA in Computers, B.Sc in Computers, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers
• PG Diploma in Computers, MCA in Computers, M.Tech in Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Computers.

• A very good internet connection 50mbps minimum. (Please do a speed test BEFORE applying)
• A proper work desk/setup at home and a quiet place to work.
• A Laptop / Computer during your probation period, we will provide company hardware laptop / PC, Headphones, standup desk, etc. upon confirmation.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal

Compensation:

CTC: 8 lacs to 10 lacs

Key Skills required

1. Understanding of the entire Mobile Application Development lifecycle

2. Solid experience of 2 years + in building Native Swift based iOS applications

3. Excellent knowledge of iOS specific user interfaces, user experiences and guidelines

4. Working experience with MVC and MVVM architectures

5. In depth knowledge of iOS specific user experiences and human interface guidelines

6. In depth experience in implementing user interfaces for iOS - Auto Layout

7. Hands on experience working with API integration within iOS applications

8. Hands on experience working with 3rd party SDKs, Libraries and APIs

9. Experience with media streaming & playback using AV Player, AV Foundation & AV Capture

10. Experience working with analytical SDKs like Firebase Crashlytics, Branch.io etc

11. Experience with Push Messaging, Local Notifications, Background services

12. Experience in debugging errors and crashes using tools such as Crashlytics or Sentry

13. Experience with Marketing and Attribution SDKs such as Clevertap, Branch and/or Appsflyer

14. Experience in releasing applications to the Apple App Store

15. Ability to work in an Agile environment

16. An inclination towards cross platform technologies such as React Native

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is a must. A Master's in HR is preferred
• Relevant work experience of 4-6 years in HR & TA. Prior experience in handling employees in a warehouse is desirable
• Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite & HR Matrice

• Design, configure, test, deploy and maintain reusable Automation Anywhere scripts and frameworks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including the Solution Design Document.
• Work collaboratively with Product Owners and Business Teams during test phases and UAT to test, debug and overcome issues.
• Participate in and contribute to deployment activities inclusive of Pre and Post release activities.
• Work on Automation Anywhere and IQ Bot related solutions as needed.
• Participate in daily team stand-ups, planning sessions, etc.
• Work closely with stakeholders to review and refine business process workflows including identifying areas of possible simplification.
• Lead deployment of new releases / upgrades within RPA.
• Propose and implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
