About the role:

We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, results-driven, and have a background in business administration, commerce, or any related field. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, conduct client meetings, and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. It is important that the candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also essential qualities for this role.

 Responsibilities:

• Utilize various digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social

media, content marketing, and SEO to attract potential clients.

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industries for prospecting.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular

communication and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Deal Closure:

-Identify and target potential clients in the US and India who can benefit from the company's SDKs and community-building solutions.

-Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, track leads, and convert opportunities into profitable deals.

-Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships.

Lead Generation:

-Implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy, including outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry events.

-Collaborate with marketing to create and optimize lead-generation campaigns.

Partnership Management:

-Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other companies and platforms to enhance the company's offerings.

-Manage and nurture existing partnerships to drive mutual growth and success.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Qualifications:

-2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles in SaaS/PaaS/AI industry

-Previous entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable

-Strong negotiation and communication skills

Position: Product Designer (for Luxury Home Decor products)

Location: Noida

Experience: 2 years and above

Salary: upto 4.8 LPA

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field.

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN HOME DECOR DESIGN, HOME ACCESSORIES DESIGN, ETC.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to determine gaps in the market.
• Translating research into feasible ideas and designs that will satisfy consumers.
• Clearly outlining specifications for the design team and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the design team, and providing helpful feedback on processes.
• Engaging audiences and using sketches, blueprints, and prototypes to gather feedback.
• Using software for detailed designs.
• Producing prototypes and models to test functionality.
• Researching tools, materials and relevant design techniques.

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field.
• A creative eye, good imagination, and vision.
• A firm grasp of market trends and consumer preferences.
• Practical experience using computer-aided design software. Proficient in software such as Corel Draw, Photoshop, Rhino, Keyshot.
• Good technical and IT skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Good problem-solving skills.

-Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

And here’s what you need to qualify for the interview:

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”
• Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
