Business Development Executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing the Mumbai branch and maintaining a healthy Profit

Job Description:

Create a sales team and technical team.

Identify and close deals into SMB/Enterprise segment.

Manage a healthy relationship with the OEMs, team members and customers.

Lead the team to achieve targets.

Sell data security and data backup solutions to corporate customers of Mumbai.

Meet Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly target of customer meetings and sales targets.

Skill Requirements:

At least 7 years of sales experience with a reseller organization selling cyber security or backup solutions to corporates of Mumbai.

It’s a Client facing role with a proven experience into security or backup solution sales.

Must have a good understanding of IT Security solutions (Endpoint/Networking/Data Security, DLP, Backup, NGF, MDM, Helpdesk, Asset etc) or backup solutions (server backup, desktop/ laptop backup, replication).

Should have managed a team for the last 3 years.

Mandatory Requirement

At least 7 years’ experience of selling data security or data backup solutions to corporate customers of Mumbai from Mumbai

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

At least 7 years’ experience of selling data security or data backup solutions to corporate customers of

7+ years of experience in the Mandatory Requirements given below.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Experience: 7 years

Working Days: 6 days Monday to Saturday

Salary: As per company norms plus 25% as variable pay on achieving targets

Desired Candidate Profile

• Manage Denial procedures
• Process guidelines management

Key Performance Areas:

• Applying patient and insurance payments and corresponding contractual adjustment/write[1]offs/Offset for all bill types to accounts.
• Electronic scanning of Explanation of Benefits
• Preparing and processing credits and patient and insurance refunds and posting.
• Resolving misdirected payments and returning incorrect payments to sender.
• Copies any zero payments (denial) to the appropriate Patient Account representative for follow-up and post.
• Appealing both denied or underpayments.
• Correct and most debit/credit adjustments of misapplied payments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of accounts.
• Claim scrubbing and Claim submission
• Posting of Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment is recommended

Skills required:

• Analytical skills
• Typing speed- at least 40 wpm
• MS office skills- MS excel proficiency is preferred
• Eye for details- error-free work
• Fair skills of English language knowledge and understanding
• Domain knowledge on medical billing is preferred but not mandatory

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

• Graduation in any stream
• Additional certification in typing, a medical prescription will be preferred

• Participate in the requirement analysis and gathering process and also perform sit-withs with business teams to ensure there is full clarity of the problem statement
• Actively engage wih infrastructure team and take ownership of DevOps processes to ensure that build and deployment processes are efficient and optimal.
• Actively engage with project stakeholders to ensure all are in sync with the progress, risks and issues
• Quickly learn and adopt cutting edge technologies to help keep the org ahead of the curve
