Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner with deep expertise in ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM, HRSD)

and strong scripting and data-handling skills.

This role focuses on translating real enterprise workflows into structured, data-driven AI training tasks, helping improve reasoning and understanding within AI systems. It is not a platform configuration or app development role — instead, it blends functional ServiceNow knowledge, prompt engineering, and data design to build the next generation of intelligent enterprise models.

Key Responsibilities

·    Define decision frameworks and realistic scenarios for AI reinforcement learning based on ServiceNow workflows.

·    Design scenario-driven tasks mirroring ServiceNow processes like case handling, SLA tracking, and IT incident management.

·    Develop and validate structured data tasks in JSON, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

·    Write natural language instructions aligned with ServiceNow’s business logic and workflows.

·    Use SQL queries for validation and quality checks of task data.

·    Apply prompt engineering techniques to guide model reasoning.

·    Collaborate with peers to expand and document cross-domain scenarios (CSM, ITSM, HRSD).

·    Create and maintain documentation of scenario patterns and best practices.

Required Experience

·    4–6 years of experience with ServiceNow (CSM, ITSM, HRSD).

·    Deep understanding of cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge management processes.

·    Proven ability to design realistic enterprise scenarios mapping to ServiceNow operations.

·    Exposure to AI model training workflows or structured data design is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

·    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

·    ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM / CSM / HRSD)

·    Exposure to AI/ML workflows or model training data preparation.

·    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with client-facing 

Mandatory Skills: Scripting (Javascript, Glide Script), JSON Handling, SQL, Service Now Modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD) and Prompt Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work with management to develop and implement a business development strategy for a defined territory.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Manage clients from USA, UK, CANADA, SINGAPORE, EUROPE, and AUSTRALIA and their Projects related to Web/Mobile App Technologies like Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Angular, Laravel, Docker, and Cloud computing. 
• Collaborate with Project Managers, business partners, and developers to coordinate project schedules and timelines.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
• Bidding on various portals to get the projects as well as to generate leads through data pulling.
• Communication with prospects / clients via Skype / LinkedIn / Whatsapp to understand the requirement in detail
• Preparing requirement specification documents using MS Word, Excel, Google spreadsheets, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Miro, etc.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Handling various types of project management tools like HubSpot etc. to keep the track of projects as well as to maintain client's data.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing and/or Computer/IT
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

• 10+ years of Collections experience in financial services (consumer credit or marketplace lending platforms/Banking/NBFC) and 5+ years of inhouse collection team management/leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading a team in a fast-paced setting, managing SLAs across multiple channels, and achieving goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences

• 3+ years of Big Data and Analytics Technologies. Experience in SQL, writing code in spark engine using python, scala or java Language. Experience in Spark, Scala
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining ETL systems
