Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ 3+ years of experience in ReactJS development.

✔ Strong knowledge of JavaScript, DOM, JSX.

✔ Hands-on experience with React Hooks, HOCs, and Functional Components.

✔ Expertise in ES6+ concepts (Arrow functions, Destructuring, Spread/Rest operators, Classes, Import/Export).

✔ Experience in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

✔ Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating backend services.

✔ Experience with state management (Redux/Flux).

✔ Strong debugging skills using Mocha & Jest for performance testing.

Skills & Requirements

We expect to see:

• 2-5 year of experience.
• Expertise with JavaScript and modern JS reactive frameworks like React JS/ Vue / Svelte.
• Experience writing semantic HTML5 markup and CSS3.
• Expertise developing web apps with responsive/adaptive design and progressive enhancement.
• Understanding of major browsers and the special considerations required for various quirks.
• Experience with mobile web development.

React.js Developer Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

React.js Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience working as a react.js developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.

We are currently hiring a Frontend developer for a startup in the B2C marketplace space based out of Mumbai.  This startup is an Online Marketplace, that serves as a Discovery and Booking Platform for Kids’ Activity Classes. Operations were launched in  November 2019, and have over 20KParents and 500+ educators listed on our Platform across the major Tier-I and Tier-II cities in India.

Platform details are listed below :

1. A SaaS platform for educators to simplify the management of their classes and

workshops. Educators get access to a dashboard and use our Class Management tool

to create listings, view registrations, manage bookings and payments. The dashboard

also provides analytics for teachers to track visitor traffic, see drop offs and

understand which social media channel generates maximum ROI for them.

1. Discovery & Booking Platform for parents so that they can search, view and book

classes and workshops for their children.

Top 2 role must have’s

1. You should have REACT JS experience of building a product
2. You should be willing to work in a very early stage startup( Not funded yet)

Clarista is designed for both business and technical users, hence the user interface plays a pivotal role in ensuring performance with large datasets and a superior user experience.

What You'll Do


You will be part of Clarista’s UI engineering team. You will work in our cloud native environment and perform following activities to support core product development and client specific projects:

• You will build & support responsive web user interfaces by using ReactJS
• You will ensure usability of the interfaces and workflows for end users
• You will integrate user interfaces with data and other interfaces through APIs
• You will collaborate with cloud and data engineering teams to enable end-to-end functionality
• You will partner with other team members in understanding the functional / non-functional business requirements, and translate them into software development tasks

 Who you are


• Strong education track record 
• Bachelors or an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline from Indian Institute of Technology or equivalent premium institute.
• 2-3 years of experience in UI Development using ReactJS
• An ideal candidate will be responsible to produce high-quality solutions; bringing a deep understanding of modern HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and the software development life cycle and a strong ability to execute and implement standard software architecture patterns.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript to design optimized and modular components that will be used across platforms.
• Proficient with ReactJS, Redux, Service Workers, Optimized coding practices, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), Context API, System design, Web concepts, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), lazy loading.
• Should have experience working with any of the chart’s library like charts.js, Highcharts.js, etc.
• Should know how to write modular and optimized code.
• Should have good knowledge around error handling.
• Fair understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Experience versioning control systems such as GIT
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Self-starter, continuous learner.
