We are seeking a talented UiPath Developer with experience in Python, SQL, Pandas, and NumPy to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing RPA workflows using UiPath, along with the ability to automate processes through scripting, data manipulation, and database queries.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and build innovative automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA workflows using UiPath.
• Build and maintain Python scripts to enhance automation capabilities.
• Utilize Pandas and NumPy for data extraction, manipulation, and transformation within automation processes.
• Write optimized SQL queries to interact with databases and support automation workflows.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in UiPath development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of Pandas and NumPy.
• Good experience with SQL for database interactions.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable RPA solutions using UiPath.

We are looking for a Product Marketer who’ll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.

Product marketer responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

• Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
• Set, monitor and report on team goals
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or another related field
• 3–7 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Project Development or a relevant field
• Energy Project Development experience is a big plus
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• A passion for issues around Sustainability, Energy Transition, Climate Action, Distributed & Renewable Energy
• Startup experience desired
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and build product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with leadership team.
• Define Product Vision – Create product roadmap, identify the product market fit, areas for investment and potential for innovation in the market.
• Define Product strategy and market fit - break down the product vision and design product strategy to achieve vision.
• Business Requirements - Create and maintain business requirements for the technical teams.
• Execution of Product Planning and Development – Include customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements.
• Document insights and interaction models based on user feedback.
• Conduct usability tests to validate business ideas.
• Work as a product owner as part of our agile teams, run sprints and lead product delivery.

Required Skill

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance Or Operations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst/Product Manager.
• Strong experience in project delivery methodologies and business analysis methodologies.
• Possess good knowledge of agile project delivery and has experience working with agile teams.
• Strong experience in defining and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills with proven experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
• Ability to see the big picture, effectively evaluate trade-offs and drive consensus across business units and serve as an effective liaison between customers and engineering.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously while delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
