Job Title: Sales Executive (EdTech) for Online Certification Program

Location: Initially Remote; potential mandatory transition to Bangalore office after three months

Salary and Compensation:

- Base Salary: ₹25,000 per month, totaling ₹3 lakhs annually.

- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹75,000 per month based on achieving sales targets, which can total up to ₹9 lakhs annually.

- Annual Performance Bonus: Upon completing one year and meeting minimum sales targets, an additional bonus of ₹3 lakhs is awarded.

- Total Potential Earnings: Up to ₹15 lakhs per annum, including base salary, incentives, and bonus.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive with a solid background in EduTech sales to market and sell our Certified E-commerce Professional program. This high-ticket program is designed to enhance the careers of professionals through certification and offers substantial business and job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform sales calls to a targeted list of potential customers, persuasively explaining the advantages of our online courses and closing sales.

- Achieve a minimum of 10 sales per week to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Leverage leads generated via social media to convert into paying customers.

- Participate in a one-week training session to optimally prepare for effective course promotion.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience, particularly in online educational courses, with a consistent track record of achieving sales goals.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Capability to start remotely with the flexibility to transition to office-based work in Bangalore as required.

Compensation and Incentives:

- Competitive base salary with an aggressive incentive plan. Incentives are calculated at 10% for meeting a minimum of 30 sales per month, leading to potential monthly earnings of up to ₹75,000 in incentives alone.

- If the monthly sales target of 30 sales is not met but sales are still made, the incentive rate is 5% of the total sales value.

Additional Details:

- This role begins with a 30-day probation period where meeting sales targets is crucial.

- Failure to meet the minimum sales target during the probation period may lead to immediate termination without notice.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics or other technical field. PhD preferred 4 to 7 years of experience in data mining, data modeling, and reporting 3+ years of experience working with large data sets or do large scale quantitative analysis Expert SQL scripting required Development experience in one of the following: Scala, Java, Python, Perl, PHP, C++ or C# Experience working with Hadoop, Pig/Hive, Spark, MapReduce Ability to drive projects Basic understanding of statistics – hypothesis testing, p-values, confidence intervals, regression, classification, and optimization are core lingo Analysis - Should be able to perform Exploratory Data Analysis and get actionable insights from the data, with impressive visualization. Requirement:-

4+ years of production experience with React JS and associated tooling (Redux, Jest, Cypress & BuildPacks)

3 years of JavaScript (and preferably Typescript) experience including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6/ES7.

Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles including Virtual DOM, Data Binding, State & Props and React Lifecycle and Redux Middleware such as Thunk or Saga.
