About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5–10 years of proven experience in the Fintech domain. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong foundation in business analysis and are keen to be groomed into the Commodity domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive bespoke application development and deliver high-quality, domain-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Work on bespoke application development – from requirement elicitation to testing and go-live support.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Participate in solution design, data mapping, and system integration discussions.
• Conduct UAT planning, execution, and post-production validation.
• Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree from a Premium Institute (Tier 1 background preferred).
• 5–10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in Fintech/Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of BA processes – requirement

Location Constraint:

• Only candidates currently based in Mumbai will be considered.
• Profiles from Pune or other locations will not be entertained.

Manager with 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency to lead client

relationships, develop strategic campaigns, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, cultivating strong relationships and effectively

addressing their needs with professionalism and strategic expertise.

• Perform comprehensive research to formulate well-informed brand positioning and

campaign strategies. Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns

that seamlessly combine creativity with data-driven insights. .

• Lead internal teams to ensure seamless alignment between strategic planning and

creative execution. Supervise campaign implementation, guaranteeing high-quality

outcomes within established timelines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency, specializing in client management

and strategic pitch development.

• Extensive experience in developing strategic plans, selecting appropriate media

channels, and executing successful marketing campaigns.

• Demonstrated expertise in crafting and delivering persuasive strategic concepts that

effectively gain client approval and commitment.

Responsibilities

● Design, build, and deploy applied ML models (NLP, LLM-based) to solve real-world sales tech problems.

● Build and orchestrate true multi-agent systems to collaboratively solve complex tasks and workflows that reason, remember, plan, and take actions over structured and unstructured data.

● Use frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom planners to orchestrate LLM-powered agents.

● Prototype and productionize capabilities using foundation models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.), embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).

● Work with the product team to integrate intelligent agents into customer CRM workflows and GTM-facing tools.

● Design observability, evaluation and control mechanisms to ensure agent reliability, traceability, safety and frugality.

● Continuously improve agents with RF and active learning.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

● 2+ years of experience deploying ML models or AI systems in production

environments.

● Experience with LLMs, NLP pipelines, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.

● Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or custom orchestration).

● Strong Python programming skills and deep knowledge of the ML/LLM ecosystem.

● Hands-on experience with MLOps, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

● Ability to balance rapid experimentation with robust engineering.

Nice to Have

● Experience working with sales/revenue data (CRM, Gong, Salesforce, LinkedIn).

● Familiarity with reasoning techniques (ReAct, CoT, Tree-of-Thoughts), graph orchestration, and tool chaining.

● Exposure to multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, or feedback loops in production.

● Contributions to open-source AI/agentic tools or frameworks.
