Your Responsibilities:
- Complete ownership of new business development process from strategy to execution
• Own and deliver quarterly/annual order booking target
• Create and execute brand communication campaigns, build & strengthen the brand's equity over a period of time and drive adoption rates for the brand
• Create and leverage synergies across partners in overall ecosystem to maximize and sustain revenues
• Own and lead end to end Sales process from lead generation, lead qualification, Proposal submission, Contract Negotiation and Closure

What you will do
We are currently seeking experienced and talented reporters for our ferrous scrap, non-ferrous scrap, and steel markets to join our growing editorial team. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a direct or transferable area of expertise. As a Reporter/Editor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to delivering accurate and comprehensive market intelligence to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing and Reporting: Generate insightful and engaging content by reporting on the ferrous and non-ferrous markets, providing in-depth analysis, market reports, and commentary as assigned.
- Price Sourcing and Indexing: Contribute to the creation of proprietary price indexes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing information. Write weekly or daily commentaries on pricing trends.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research into market trends and dynamics, delivering market reports that provide valuable insights to our readers.
- Adherence to Best Practices: Follow the Davis Index style guide and adhere to industry best practices in reporting and price sourcing.
- Industry Involvement: Attend industry conferences and events, enhancing your understanding of market dynamics for more informed reporting.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluent understanding of market economics and proficiency in business reporting style.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a reporter or writer in a print or online publication, or a demonstrated ability to transfer professional knowledge and experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-oriented work environment.

Role Overview:
As the Assistant HR Manager at Thrillophilia, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our exceptional team. Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent.

2. Onboarding and Orientation

3. HR Operations:
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

What you need to have:

- Minimum 2 years of proven & relevant sales experience in the social sector, CSR or Government (2 to 4 years). Candidates with experience of Govt tenders, Project Sales, fundraising and business development specifically in Education, technology, or related fields will be preferred
- Achieved proven annual revenue targets at least between 1 to 4 Crores
- Aggressively growth oriented - both professional and personal. Must be entrepreneurial & dynamic in sales approach but rooted in principles & trust (minimal lies or half truth based trust building strategies, only when needed to handle situations)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English - both written and oral, Excellent email, video chat and video demo capabilities for best of sales over digital means.
- Should have a sincere urge to solve large scale learning problems in Govt Schools and NGOs and empower them with best suited and easy to use digital solutions. This is crucial and non negotiable if you do not have this urge in you then you cannot do justice to this role and won’t enjoy it
- Should be dynamic in trying every possible sales strategy to gain the trust of the customer, partner, NGO, govt officials and users.
- Should have a track record of engaging with and establishing long term relationships with multiple stakeholders as mentioned above.

Job Description
- Have five or more years of experience as a mobile software engineer
