Business Development Executive

📍 About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving lead generation activities, qualifying prospects using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework, and supporting sales efforts through quality pipeline creation. You will work closely with both Sales and Marketing teams to generate interest, identify opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
• Perform contact discovery and market research to identify key decision makers and target accounts.
• Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
• Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate lead status and follow-up activity.
• Schedule qualified appointments/demo calls for the sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve campaigns and lead qualification processes.
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation activities and outcomes. 

Job Description

 Responsibilities

• Develop Python Based API’s using FastAPI and Flask frameworks.
• Implementation of workflow using Apache airflow or similar tools.
• Follow and enforce organization defined SDLC within the offshore team.
•  Writing and modifying Docker files for the back end and Front-End Components.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines for Automation and Code quality checks.
• Writing complex ORM mappings using SQLAlchemy.
• Unit testing using pytest, unittest etc.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python and python-based technologies and frameworks including Flask, Fastapi, SQLAlchemy.
• Experience with AWS services like ECS, S3, ECR, Secrets manager, RDS, ELB, API Gateway, Cloudwatch logs, SNS, SQS, SES, Elastic Cache.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, comfortable working with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases, writing raw SQL queries.
• Experience of using ORM frameworks like SQLAlchemy.
• Experience integrating 3rd party APIs.
• Strong understanding of OAuth protocol.
• Experience working with docker and dockerfile.
• Understanding of microservices pattern and architecture.
• Experience with Git, GitFlow, code review process.
• Must enjoy problem solving, have excellent communication skills and be a good team player.

Good To Have:

• Develop Front End Components using VueJS and ReactJS.
• Familiarity with pipeline deployment process, Terraform scripts.
• Familiarity with Sumologic.
• Familiarity with Data warehouse tools like Snowflake.

Channel Partner Executive / Manager JD

Key Responsibilities

• To develop Channel as a separate entity with defined Sales Target
• Identify and Onboard new channel partners
• Collaborate with sales team
• Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve revenue
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners
• Identify and resolve conflicts
• Developing new sales channels
• This assignment begins with Channel development in India and USA

Qualification

• MBA Marketing / IB
• Experience of SAAS product company preferred
• Channel development and management experience
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills

• Experience working in WordPress at a PHP code level.

• Managing development and deployment of the product following Modular programming, proper documentation, and code versioning

Customer Success

• Ensuring seamless use of Troopod Web-app and Mobile App by clients or internal teams and successful integration of client systems with Troopod backend and APIs wherever applicable
• Assisting clients with necessary remote support needed for the smooth understanding of and integration with Troopod product

Team Growth

• Contributing to the growth of the engineering team through proactive effort on knowledge growth, process improvements, and performance enhancements on existing solutions

Prior experience in the following things is MUST:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on technical development experience as a MERN stack developer

• Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in the US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable
• Depth knowledge about denial management, AR follow-up, Claim rejections.
• To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
• Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims
• To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear. To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner.
• Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
