• Mandatory Skill: Strong Experience in React JS, Node JS, and AWS -3+ years of relevant experience from Current Projects.
• Expertise with at least one Object-oriented JavaScript Framework (React, Angular, Ember, Dojo, Node, etc. ).
• Good to have hands-on experience in Python development.
• Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming, multi-threading, data serialization, and REST API to connect applications to back-end services.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), Jenkins, and GitHub Actions is essential for this role.
• Proven cloud development experience AWS.
• Understanding of IT life cycle methodology and processes.
• Experience in understanding and Leading Enterprise Platforms/Solutions.
• Experience working with Microservices/Service Oriented Architecture Frameworks.

• Education: Avoid UG Degree alone and look only at B. E/B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
• Architect data models for SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, DynamoDB) to optimize performance and reliability.
• Implement efficient and secure data access layers, caching, and indexing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with product and frontend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Build responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and fault tolerance across services.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD workflows for smooth deployments and testing automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with deep understanding of OOP, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
• Proven expertise in building FAST API based microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL data modeling, query optimization, and schema design.
• Excellent hands on proficiency in frontend proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Banking/Payments Domain : Worked on projects from scratch and scaled

Technical leads oversee a team of personnel focused on technical issues, including software development, product releases, and engineering tasks. They are responsible for the end to end operations of the Development team. They often evaluate their team's work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations.
