Business Development Executive

Need MALE candidate ONLY

● The candidate should preferably be based out of Dubai.

● Must from FMCG (Food & Beverage) industry.

● Responsible for exports from multiple production bases (India, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Serbia, etc.) to international destinations.

● Should have Strong knowledge of international trade laws, EXIM policies, documentation & compliance.

● Track record of managing large export sales portfolios (multi-million USD) and building distributor/stockist networks across regions.

● Willingness for international travel (Traveling to export markets upon requirement)

● Well connected with FMCG buyers. ( FMCG Exports experience required )

● Business Development in Exports from India to other countries, to expand the network of distributors and stockists, primarily South-Asia and Europe.

● Currently managing a toppling not less than 5 M$

● Min 15 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycle

● Min 15 years of experience managing market spendings ( trade activations ) and ROI.

● Solid knowledge of market expansions, NPDs ( new products developments ), new product launch , JBP ( joint business planning ) , distribution management/KPIs, channel management

● Well experienced in budgeting, financials and value chain models

● Experience in dealing with GM and director levels.

Responsibilities   

• Understand the high-level product roadmap for the squad and immediate features to be developed, contributing to high-level estimation and lay-out of the development sequences. Complete complex development tasks with minimal guidance  
• Constantly and actively contribute to pushing code to production with the objective of becoming a main contributor. Write testable, efficient, and reusable code suitable for continuous integration and deployment, that respects best practices and industry development standards 
• Review Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams and technical documentation, ensuring its quality. Enable best practices to help the team achieve their technical tasks and continually thrive in improving the technology of the product/team.  
• Drive the adoption of best practices & regular participation in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions 
• Experiment with new and relevant technologies, and tools, and drive innovation & adoption while measuring yourself on the impact you can create. 
• Implementation of long-term technology vision for your team. Responsible for the complete architecture of your product. 
• Creating architecture & designs for new solutions around existing/new areas u Decide technology & tool choices for your team & be responsible for them. 
• Be accountable for code quality with the assistance of a QA Analyst to conduct adequate testing. 
• Review and contribute to technical documentation. Contribute actively to the design of the solution, challenging other members on technical decisions. 

Skills 

• Working with other TypeScript developers and software engineers to develop Front-end and back-end architecture that’s well-structured and flexible, along with the APIs to support it. 
• Developing and implementing Back-end architecture to support user interface concepts. 
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using Node concepts. 
• Create data visualization tools, libraries, and reusable code for prospects. 
• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and back-end languages. 
• Knowledge of Backend service like AWS Services, Microservice, Serverless software. 

Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field. 
• Proficiency with TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and Back-end languages. 
• 7+ years’ experience in Node JS, Typescript, NoSQL, RDBMS, AWS Services 
• The ability to learn new technologies quickly 
• The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues. 

Responsibilities

• Managing small to medium teams with a focus on performance and talent retention
• Participate in creation and execution of product and technology roadmap with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers and other leads/architects for building and delivering projects
• Ownership of front-end and back-end development work carried out with reusability, scalability, and testability of the projects
• Hire and mentor junior team members and coordinate their training
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
• Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipment and stay compliant with security regulations
• Monitor reliability and performance of all customer-facing and internal projects
• Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals, and timelines

Requirements

• Work experience as an engineering manager or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department
• Experience in the Fintech space
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and server-side technologies (Java preferred)
• Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development
• Good understanding of SDLC using agile methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban / SAFe)
• Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
• Excellent project management skills
• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
