We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead with strong expertise in ReactJS (primary) and solid working knowledge of Python (secondary) to join our team in Thane, Mumbai.

Role: Full Stack Tech Lead (ReactJS + Python)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, with ReactJS as the primary frontend technology
• Build and integrate backend services using Python (Flask / Django / FastAPI)
• Design and manage RESTful APIs for internal and external system integrations
• Collaborate on AI-driven product features and support machine-learning model integrations when required
• Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and code quality across the application stack
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices
• Participate in agile processes, including code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, including hooks, state management, Redux, and API integrations
• Proficiency in backend development using Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT)
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern software design patterns
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills

Candidates MUST HAVE :

● Deep expertise with JavaScript. Extensive hands-on experience building microservices using NodeJs.

● Substantial experience in building complex and scalable solutions.

● Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns

● Strong experience and understanding of various APIS / Web Services and SQL/NoSQL databases

● Architected non-trivial solutions for a company at a scale

● Proficient in unit testing, writing mocks, automated functional tests, and end-end tests

● Experience with a variety of languages, stacks, and programming paradigms

● Capability to contribute across the web and mobile stacks

● Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly

● The ability to independently lead problem-solving and build elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problems.

Good to Have

● Experience in building projects with TypeScript, ExpressJs, NextJS, ReactJs, Flutte,r etc.

● Experience with gRPC or GraphQL API implementations.

● Experience in any other programming languages such as Python/Go/Scala

● Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

● Good hand-on with data streaming technologies like Kafka

Roles and Responsibilities :

● Write clean, reliable, reusable, scalable, testable and maintainable code.

Role: D365 CE / CRM Developer

Experience: 3-7 years

Location: Hyderabad (Initially remote)

You will need to:

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365.
• Have a strong understanding on one of these 3 areas Sales, Service, Marketing & Field Service.
• Possess strong know how on the Microsoft Biz apps data model to perform end to end architectural design and review.
• Pose an in-depth understanding of the Dynamics capabilities to fit business logic inside Dynamics 365 in a seamless way to attain customer requirement with no adverse impact.
• Be a good coder and a reviewer to ensure the customization code quality is at the highest level possible and comply to the Organization standard.
• Be a hands-on coder to build POC on-the-fly and should be able to present to the customers.
• Be responsible for building custom applications, modifications, integrations, data conversion routines and custom reports.
• Provide technical support for project life cycle.

You must have:

• 3-7 years of experience in design, development, and delivery across the Dynamics 365 CRM landscape.
• Proficiency in developing, customizing, integrating, deploying, and supporting multi-channel Dynamics 365 CRM systems.
• Experience with the use of the Dynamics 365 CRM SDK.
• Absolute know-how of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Platform, its capability, its data model, security/ access control, web services and other integration approach.
• Strong knowledge on Canvas Model Driven Apps and common data service (CDS).
• Strong .NET framework and C# development experience including CRM API, REST and SOAP.
• Hands on experience in server-side coding, workflows, Java scripts & plugins.
• Strong designing skills around HTMS, CSS etc.
• Strong experience on SQL Server database, Integration services & reporting services.
• Knowledge on leveraging cloud infrastructure

You may have:

• Knowledge of Power Platform usage is a big plus with experience on Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Strong experience on ADO.NET, ASP.NET, WCF & Workflow foundation.
• Strong knowledge on Model Driven Apps and common data service (CDS).
• Knowledge on Data Volume metric analysis, database tuning, detecting bottleneck will be a plus.

Desired qualifications and skills:

• Graduate Degree (B.E/ B.Tech, BCA)
• Microsoft certification for Dynamics 365 CRM would be an added advantage.
