Job Summary:

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Issue Resolution:
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
• Gather customer feedback and report it to the management team to improve the customer service process.
• Participate in continuous training to improve product knowledge and service skills.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Provide input to improve processes and customer service strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in using customer service software, CRM systems, or similar technology.
• Min of 1 year experience in this field
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with product knowledge relevant to the company’s offerings.

Role Description

. The PHP Developer will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with back-end web development, object-oriented programming (OOP), front-end development, software development, and programming.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in back-end web development and software development
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Strong ability to solve problems and troubleshoot web applications and code
• Experience in API development and integration
• Experience in front-end development
• Good understanding of HTML5 & CSS3
• Experience in jQuery is a must
• Good understanding of database management systems
