This role demands hands-on experience in backend development, cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization, automation, and client communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs using Python.
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Automate deployments and infrastructure with Terraform and Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
• Implement containerized environments using Docker and manage orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Write automation and scripting solutions in Bash/Shell to streamline operations.
• Work with relational databases like MySQL and SQL, including query optimization.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability across environments.

Required Skills:

• 3.5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch.
• Good understanding of Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.

Job Summary:

As a Python based Backend developer, you shall be responsible for software development of greenfield projects -an platform

for automated testing using Python as a main language. You will work with a team of developers, collaborating on projects to

create efficient and effective software solutions that meet the needs of clients or end-users in the testing domain. You will

need to have a strong understanding of Python & other languages with knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools/

libraries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an automated testing platform using Python programming language.

• Design and implement software solutions that automate the testing process.

• Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to improve software quality.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Python and JavaScript programming language and related

testing frameworks and tools.

• Ensure software is delivered on-time and meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements:

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technology Lead (Python or Node), who adopts a hands-on approach and loves to build scalable, distributed and large web / mobile products. You would be responsible for designing the architecture, reviewing the code, building the technology and deploying web/mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product development from scratch.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Architect scalable software solutions and mentor a team of high performing developers.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, SCRUM ceremonies, and troubleshoot to ensure uptime for live systems etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field from a premier college.  
• Prior 4+ years of experience in back-end development (Python/ Golang) in a start-up or a dynamic work environment.
• Good exposure in writing and optimizing SQL for high-performance systems.
• Understanding of asyncio and eventloop/ uvloop concepts. Knowledge of frameworks such as Quart/ Fastapi/ Starlette is preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS; Caching technologies like Redis, Memcache; ELK; mySQL Databases, etc.
• Strong understanding of System Design, Microservice Architecture, Kafka, Pub/Sub, Message queues, and in-memory data stores etc.
• Customer oriented, responsive to changes, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• You have 2-5 years of experience using two or more development languages (ASP.NET, JavaScript, Scala, C#, etc.) with experience in Object-Oriented programming and full-stack web application development
• You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot and improve bad code
• You have experience with Agile and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
• Experience with developing web applications based on ReactJS
• Hands on experience in setting up automated build pipelines based on Jenkins, Gradle, MSBuild, Maven etc.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with atleast one RDBMS sql-server or postgress having good sql skills
