About the role

We are looking for a person who has an understanding of various destinations and tour sales

packages. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Holiday Domestic and International

Sales professional to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction during peak holiday

seasons. This role will involve managing and executing sales strategies for both domestic and

international markets, focusing on maximizing sales opportunities and exceeding targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional

customer service.

2.Utilize effective sales techniques, including product demonstrations, presentations, and

negotiations, to close deals

3.Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the holiday season, aligned with

overall business objectives.

4. Identify target markets, analyse market trends, and develop tailored sales approaches to maximize

revenue potential.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

6.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-booking.

7.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:

1. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our domestic and international holiday

packages, including destinations, accommodations, and activities.

2. Stay updated on travel industry trends, competitor offerings, and destination information.

3. Participate in training sessions and product presentations to enhance product knowledge.

Administrative & Reporting:

1. Accurately record and manage customer information and sales data in our CRM system.

2. Prepare and process booking confirmations, invoices, and other relevant documents.

3. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

4. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional

manner.

5. Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Targeting and lead generation:

1. Utilize social media and other digital tools to generate leads.

2. Attending travel fairs and other events to promote products.

3. Work with marketing team on promotions and campaigns.

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Cloud AI Professional to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, deploying, and managing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). You will work at the intersection of cloud computing and AI, helping to build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI-driven applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines using cloud-native tools (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define AI use cases and deliver solutions.
• Automate model training, testing, and deployment using MLOps practices.
• Optimize performance and cost of AI/ML workloads in the cloud.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of MLOps tools and CI/CD for machine learning.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud-native data services (e.g., BigQuery, S3, Cosmos DB).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Cloud (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer).

The role reports to the Head of Customer Support, and the position holder is part of the Product Team.

Requirements

·    Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering or Economics.

·    4-8 years of experience in a similar role in the IT Industry.

·    Solid knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service).

·    Multitasking is your second nature, and you have a proactive + Customer First mindset.

·    3+ years of experience providing support for ERP systems, preferably SAP.

·    Familiarity with ERP/SAP integration processes and data migration.

·    Understanding of ERP/SAP functionalities, modules and data structures.

·    Understanding of technicalities like Integrations (API’s, ETL, ELT), analysing logs, identifying errors in logs, etc.

·    Experience in looking into code, changing configuration, and analysing if it's a development bug or a product bug.

·    Profound understanding of the support processes.

·    Outstanding customer service skills.

·    Knowledge of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)/ Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry/domain is preferable.

Requirements:
