We are looking for Flutter Developer,

1+ years of experience in developing native and cross-platform mobile applications

Experience in one of the programming languages: (Java and Kotlin (Android) Swift and Objective-C (iOS))

React Native (hybrid development)

Knowledge of Flutter SDK, Getex, Provider, Android Studio and IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code,

SQLite, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases

REST APIs

Experience with Git and Jira

Familiarity with Agile development approaches

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: Surat (onsite & fulltime)

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Development of UI elements and Integration with APIs
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of requests.
• Must be able to write solutions that scale
• 3 - 4 years of full-time work experience in React Native
• Self-motivated with excellent work ethics
• Experience in React Native bridging concepts
• Experience with Typescript.
• Have developed and published apps for either Android or iOS.
• Design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills
• Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures
• Knowledge of prototyping and rapid development techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills Desired Candidate
• State management in mobile applications
• Security methodologies in mobile application development
• Experience with offline storage, and performance tuning
• Experience working on plugin integration.
• Optimize code for performance and scalability
• Deployment of apps on App Store / Play Store
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Can work well independently as well as in a team
• Flexible to work in any mobile technology
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Interacting with Business Analysts, SMEs to understand the Business Processes and Business Rules
• Familiarity with native build tools, like Xcode, Gradle ( Android Studio, IntelliJ)
• Strong mobile development experience, including integration with Native Modules and custom iOS/Android SDKs

• Hands-on experience with React Native (2+ years).
• Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Integrating backend REST APIs
• Passion about complex, interactive applications with a thoughtful UX/UI.
• Should be able to understand project requirements thoroughly.
• A deep understanding of the importance of building maintainable, efficient, clean code, while balancing the urgency of business needs.

• Responsible for driving & delivering cross-platform mobile applications.
• Responsible for architecting, solutioning of the project in the requirement phase;
• Responsible for working with the team & enhancing the collaboration, adding value to the project with critical thinking on project design.
• Responsible for integrating the REST APIs

• Should have develop Native Mobile Applications.
• Should have worked on SQLite, Retrofit, Firebase etc.
• Must have knowledge working on Hybrid Applications.
• Additional advantage if worked of frameworks like React Native, Flutter etc.
• Advantage having working knowledge of Kotlin.
• Certification done is an additional advantage.
• Even candidate should have very good debugging skills.
• Clear about Object Oriented Programming Concepts.
• Must have knowledge of working with api's and working with databases.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the project.
• Should be capable to work in a team.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Should be enthusiasts and able to take challenge

What are we looking for?

1. We expect you to have your domain knowledge of Flutter, Dart, Room or Realm DB, BLOC pattern based development, Redux and RX Dart
2. There are few skills which you need to have from get-go:

3. You have the ability to explain your algorithms and solutions and understand how to ask questions with respect to mobile app development and web development scenarios
4. You are a smart and energetic talent from engineering and computer science background 
5. Based on the situations you can contribute individually or work with team and make work productive and fun
6. In terms of day to day work, for 2 years you should have done the following:
1. At least 2 to 3 live projects in Flutter or Native Android or iOS
2. Thorough understanding of Dart programming for mobile application development
3. Writing frontend code with SOLID principle
4. Unit testing of your code with Travis CLI
5. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
6. Documenting frontend code 
7. Knowledge of Android native and iOS native is a plus
8. Proficient in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
9. Knowledge on Firebase or Firestore is a plus

1. Work location: Bengaluru city and Remote
2. Working days - 6 days a week
