Full-Stack Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our early-stage startup in Bengaluru, building scalable, AI-driven solutions to help businesses understand and grow their user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into customer-facing products
• Build APIs, microservices, and robust backend architectures to support data-driven features
• Develop intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, reliability, and user adoption
• Contribute to architectural decisions and guide the technical roadmap of the product

Required Skills:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with expertise in React.js
• Solid understanding of backend development with Python/Django
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with integrating AI/ML APIs or pipelines into production systems
• Understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Required Skills/Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise and/or consumer-facing applications using technologies and frameworks like JavaScript, Node.js (Javascript), ReactJS, Angular, SCSS, CSS, React Native
• 3+ years experience in leading teams (guide, design, track), taking responsibilities to deliver as per the agreed-upon schedules
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience working in Linux OS
• Very good debugging and problem resolution experience
• Experience developing responsive web applications
• Very good communication (verbal and written) to interact with our customers
• Ability and interest to learn alternative technologies based on need
• Experienced in product development lifecycle (prototyping, hardening, testing etc.)

Additional Skills/Experience:

• Working experience with Python and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra
• Eagerness to participate in product functional and user experience designs
• Experience in AI, ML, NLP, and Predictive Analytics domains
• Familiarity with i18n, latest trends in UI and UX designs
• Experience with implementation of payment gateways applicable in different countries
• Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Nginx

Position: Full-Stack Developer

Experience level: 5 + years

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Tech stack: Node, Loopback, React

Essential Duties:

• Design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Drive department best practices, guidelines implementation, and adhering to standards.
• Build and maintain medium-sized software platforms in the cloud.
• Build elegant, maintainable, well-documented, secure code.

Good to have:

• Development using a test-driven approach, AWS

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive development experience as a Software Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience in Node JS and React.
• Hands-on Experience with RESTful Webservices/API and web-based applications is preferred.
• Experience implementing solutions using Agile delivery methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

The role is responsible for designing, coding, and modifying web apps, from layout to function and according to the specifications. Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.

• Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.

4. Good Knowledge of APIs is a must.
5. Should have good knowledge of databases like Linux.
6. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
7. Keen interest in emerging technologies with an aptitude to learn and adapt.
8. A basic understanding in  Java is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Should be able to work independently once proper guidance is provided.
2. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
3. Ensure timely completion of development activity.
4. Prepare training documents and provide training to internal teams on tools.
5. Consult, design, and develop well-structured, scalable in-house tools.
6. Should be able to write optimized business logic for business functions.
