The Role

We are looking for a Full-stack lead who is very strong on ASP.NET MVC/.NET core on the backend with strong experience with React.JS. She/He should have a clear understanding of building scalable web applications using .NET. The role involves understanding business requirements and architecting/designing an appropriate solution that is secure, scalable, high performing, and testable. It is a hands-on role involving building software and taking ownership of delivery by working closely with junior members.

Requirements:

Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership.

Minimum 5-8 Years of experience in building web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET platform with React.JS experience in front-end.

Must have hands-on experience with AWS cloud

Good to have SQL programming experience in writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records.

Experience in architecting and designing web applications and services

Good to have experience in Node.JS and deployment with CI/CD

Good in data structures, algorithms, and OOPS concepts.

Job Summary:

Greenie Startup is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of NodeJS, Distributed Systems, MongoDB, React, and other backend languages. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications for our platform.

Responsibilities:

●     Develop and maintain backend services using NodeJS, MongoDB, and other backend languages

●     Design and develop RESTful APIs for the platform

●     Work with the team to develop scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems

●     Implement Authentication, Identity Management, and Authorization mechanisms for the platform

●     Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate the backend services with the user-facing application

●     Write clean and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability

Requirements:

●     Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

●     At least 5 years of experience in backend development

●     Strong understanding of NodeJS, MongoDB, and other backend languages

●     Experience with distributed systems and RESTful APIs

●     Experience with React is a plus

●     Strong understanding of Authentication, Identity Management, and Authorization mechanisms

●     Familiarity with Firewall Security and other security mechanisms

●     Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Requisites 

• Experience with software development in one or more programming languages with data structures/algorithms. 
• 1-year experience in software architecture/design. 

• 2 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems and/or data management/storage technologies.

• Write and test production systems, with a broader understanding of the product. 
• Review code and provide feedback. Mentor engineers to take on bigger responsibilities. 
• Review and lead design discussions/reviews, with a long-term vision.

●  5+ Years of development experience with JAVA8 , Springboot, Microservices and middleware

●  Good to have 2+ Years of Experience in using NodeJS along with AWS Serverless platform.

●  Good Experience with Javascript / TypeScript, Event Loops, ExpressJS, GraphQL, SQL DB (MySQLDB), NoSQL DB(MongoDB) and YAML templates.

●  Good Experience with TDD Driven Development and Automated Unit Testing.

●  Good Experience with exposing and consuming Rest APIs in Java 8, Springboot platform and Swagger API contracts.

●  Good Experience in building NodeJS middleware performing Transformations, Routing, Aggregation, Orchestration and

Authentication(JWT/OAUTH).

●  Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

●  Experience working in Agile Scrum Methodology.

●  Very good Problem-Solving Skills.

●  Very good learner and passion for technology.

●  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

●  Ability to communicate effectively with team members and business stakeholders
