Software Engineer (Fullstack)

The key skills and expertise needed are:

1. eCommerce/Retail experience can be optional but needs to have experience with any high volume customer facing web/mobile site

2. Web Development, Front End Development, AND In the browser performance profiling

3. Java, Spring Boot, React, Node, Redux, Webpack, Microservices, AND experience with AWS technologies to make the overall application stack more resilient

4. Performance Profiling of web/mobile experiences and experience with working in CICD environment

5. Experience working with Web based and mobile ecommerce sites or similar public facing websites with high customer volume

6. Needs to be able to work at the code level doing performance profile to evaluate how the website and associated digital platform is built to find performance improvement opportunities

Job Description:

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based applications using the Microsoft .NET framework.

Responsibilities:

1) Collaborate with the project team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

2) Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the .NET framework.

3) Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, following industry best practices and coding standards.

4) Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

5) Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

6) Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.

7) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

8) Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET development community and share knowledge with the team.

9) Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and promoting professional growth.

10) Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

01) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

02) Proven experience as a .NET Developer, with a strong portfolio of web application development projects.

03) In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft .NET framework, including ASP.NET, C#, and MVC.

04) Experience with front-end web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

05) Proficiency in working with databases and SQL, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server.

06) Strong understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.

07) Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and JIRA.

08) Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

09) Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

10) Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

11) Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

12) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Leader reporting to the CTO/CEO. Your responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Architecting, Designing and Developing Software Programmes based on requirements provided
2. Designing and Developing with a high quality of code that is modular, scalable and re-usable at all times
3. Promote SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) to ensure all of the services are Highly-Available and Fault Tolerant at all times
4. Communicate effectively the system requirements to other software development teams
5. Involve pro-actively with client and their requirements
6. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
7. Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
8. Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
9. Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
10. Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
11. Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

Skills

• 3 to 7 Years of experience in Full Stack Technologies-  Express, Lambda, SQL, React, Node JS, Java
• Knowledge of web framework.
• Able to create database schemes that represent and support business processes
• Having a Start-Up experience is a plus
• Having a degree from Premier Engineering Institute is a plus

• Contribute towards the entire development life cycle of analysis, design, implementation and test
