What Are We Looking For?

Redink is looking for a Sr.BackEnd Developer (CTO) - Fullstack

Technologies - Node.Js & React.Js

Experience - Minimum 3 - 5 years as CTO in startups.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Work across the stack from a code commit to running it in production, with the end goal of delivering the best possible experience for the user
• Design, develop and test features from inception to rollout
• Write high-quality code that is scalable, testable, maintainable and reliable
• Independently own and drive new features from scratch
• Work in an Agile environment and facilitate agile practices
• Champion best practices and cross-functional skill development
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Cultivate talent and bring out the best in your team members

Mandatory Skills

• Experience working with NodeJS on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend
• Strong knowledge of creating scalable REST APIs
• Working experience with databases like MongoDB, Redis and Relational databases
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and/or Functional Programming concepts
• Past experience tackling scaling issues is preferred
• Experience practicing Agile software development methods is preferred.

• End-to-end full-stack development experience
• Full hands-on experience with at least one of the following languages Java, PHP, Python, .NET and code repositories like GIT, SVN
• Expertise with HTML5, JQuery, CSS

• 3 to 10 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
• 30% Functional and 70% Technical
• Strong experience in core HR, Payroll, Fast Formula, OTL and SSHR
• Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud advanced tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Page Composer, Page Configurator, REST APIs, SOAP, Webservices
• Able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area
• Good communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the business process and capability to understand business requirements.

• Proficient in creating Web (Responsive) applications using Angular 8+, AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery. 
• Experience developing/consuming RESTAPIs
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages Like Java, Python and JavaScript frameworks(e.g. Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g.MSSQL, MySQL), and UI/UX design
• Hands-on experience with code versioning systems like Git, SVN.
