Job Title: Django Developer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Django developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will have hands-on experience with the Django framework, proficiency in
Python, and a strong understanding of web development best practices. The Django
developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining
web applications that meet our clients; needs.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the
Django framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new
features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Integrate user-facing elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement
and maintain RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with
server-side logic.
Work with databases, including designing schemas, writing queries, and
optimising performance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in the development and production
environments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best
practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Django developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of Python and the Django web framework.
Experience with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of relational databases, ORM (Object-Relational Mapping), and
database design.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of web security best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Excellent Communication Skill in English.
2. Selling products and services using solid rebuttals to prospective customers.

1. Training the field team on Sales pitch on regular basis
2. Responsible for revenue generation through sales
3. Drive the off-line lead generation activities for the cities (primarily through referrals)
4. Ensure minimum 50% sales conversion on the leads assigned to the team
5. Figure out new channels to generate more leads off-line and ensure conversions on the same
6. Regular evaluation of the sales team through test and measure their performance
7. Improve the sales efficiency of the sales team
8. Tracking MoM performance for each of the field sales team
9. Work on the reports for the management and ensure data sanity
10. Real time handling the objection during sales and assisting the field sales team when they
are in front of the client
11. Share feedback on the pricing, policy change and other circumstances which may cause
downfall in sales numbers
12. Conduct motivation sessions with team to keep their moral high
Skills Required:
1. At least have 2 years of experience in handling a team of 40+ in sales
2. Good data management skills. Primarily Google sheets, MS Excel, word etc.
3. Good communication and convincing skills
4. Work from office, weekly 6 days

- Front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6+, Ajax);
- 3+ years working with React/Redux + Typescript front-end applications
- Must have experience technologies like Python, React, node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS
- Experience with centrally managed state (Redux) and React Router
- Experience with data structuring libraries (Immutable.js / Immer)
- Experience of TDD/BDD, QA/Test frameworks such as Selenium, load testing (Blazemeter), unit testing (Mocha/Chai/Jest) etc.
- Experience optimising the performance of front-end applications
- A good understanding of agile development practices and common methodologies
- Experience building responsive, cross browser compatibility websites and applications
- Experience of integrating with web services and APIs, including REST endpoints.

You would possess experience building web applications using MVC frameworks (Reactjs, Redux) in a service-oriented environment.
- In-depth experience in object oriented Javascript.
