Metrics & Improvement ● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through learner feedback, performance data, and completion rates.
● Continuously iterate on learning content to improve quality and relevance.
● Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., engineering, product, marketing, support) to incorporate customer insights and real-world use cases into training content, ensuring that all learning solutions meet both business and customer needs.
● Align training content with business and customer success goals, ensuring measurable impact on product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention. Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs to optimize learning outcomes and business results.
● Utilize an agile instructional design approach to quickly adapt training content in response to evolving product features, customer feedback, and business requirements. Regularly update and improve course materials to keep pace with product updates.
● Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery of training initiatives to ensure on-time, high-quality outputs. Manage competing priorities and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
● 9+ years of experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
● Proven experience in creating training for SaaS platforms, particularly in integration and API-based workflows.
● Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
● Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), video editing tools, and graphic design software.
● Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content.
