Big Data Developer

AuxoAI is seeking a techno-functional Developer with strong expertise in enterprise platforms such as NetSuite and/or HubSpot, combined with hands-on experience in AI engineering. The ideal candidate will bridge business processes and technical implementation, leveraging domain knowledge and AI capabilities to design intelligent, scalable solutions.

Location - Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Gurgaon (Hybrid - 3 Days a week in Office)

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions integrated with NetSuite and/or HubSpot to optimize business workflows and decision-making. 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements across domains such as CRM, ERP, sales, marketing, and finance. 

• Develop and customize NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk) and/or HubSpot (Workflows, APIs, Custom Objects) solutions aligned with business needs. 

• Build intelligent automation using AI/ML models, LLMs, and rule-based systems to enhance platform capabilities. 

• Integrate enterprise systems with data platforms and AI services to enable end-to-end data-driven workflows. 

• Translate business processes into scalable technical architectures and reusable components. 

• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across integrated systems. 

• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, integrations, and AI pipelines. 

• Act as a techno-functional advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for AI-driven transformation and platform optimization. 

• Contribute to solution accelerators, reusable frameworks, and internal knowledge sharing. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 

• 3–7 years of experience in a techno-functional role involving NetSuite and/or HubSpot implementations. 

• Strong domain knowledge in CRM (HubSpot) and/or ERP (NetSuite) processes such as sales, marketing automation, finance, and operations. 

• Hands-on experience with platform customization: 

NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk APIs)  

HubSpot (HubL, Workflows, APIs, CRM customization) 

• Experience in AI , including working with LLMs, prompt engineering and AI application development. 

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred). 

• Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and middleware platforms. 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and data pipelines is a plus. 

• Understanding of data models, ETL processes, and analytics workflows. 

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.

Build and optimize Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) with offline capabilities, push notifications, and responsive design.

Implement mobile-first features and ensure cross-device compatibility.

Handle app packaging and distribution for various platforms (e.g., Android, iOS via PWA standards).

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Design, build, and maintain a scalable component library to promote UI consistency and reusability across projects

Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.

Optimize application performance and loading times.

Integrate APIs and manage state using modern tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).

Implement and manage push notifications and background sync features.

Advocate for and implement best practices in UI architecture, including modularity, theming, and performance optimization.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in Web development and PWA capabilities.

Hospitality services domain experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development best practices.

Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Responsibilities:

●     Design and develop websites and web applications from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverables.

●     Write clean, secure, test-driven, easily maintainable and modular codes adhering to the technical standards.

●     Database designing and maintenance.

●     Create and update reusable code libraries to streamline the development cycle.

●     Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications

●     Collaborate and work with front-end/mobile developers on the backend needs of projects.

Required Skills:

●     Previous working experience as a PHP / Laravel developer. Experience in CMS like Drupal and WordPress will be an added advantage.

●     Excellent knowledge of the Laravel framework and experience building factories/facades/libraries using abstract classes, interfaces, and traits.

●     Good knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL/MS SQL/PostgreSQL), database designing and query optimization techniques.

●     Good core knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and Bootstrap framework.

●     Hands-on experience in RESTful API design and development, including implementing oAuth2.0 for authentication and authorization.

●     Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

●     Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills.

Role : React JS Developer 

• 3-5 years of experience as a React JS developer.
