Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Engineer to help us design, build and maintain our BigQuery data warehouse by performing ETL operations and creating unified data models. You will work across various data sources to create a cohesive data infrastructure that supports our omnichannel D2C strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

ETL Operations: Design, implement, and manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into BigQuery.

Data Warehousing: Build and maintain a robust data warehouse in BigQuery, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.

Data Modeling: Create and manage flat, unified data models using SQL and DBT to support business analytics and reporting needs.

Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes and data models to ensure timely data delivery for reporting and analytics.

Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data workflows, ETL processes, and data models for reference and onboarding

Troubleshoot: Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruption to business operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
3. Experience with data pipeline and ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, AWS Glue)
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their data services
5. Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake)
6. Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance best practices.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
8. Knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation
9. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly accountable
10. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and solutions

Bonus point - Prior experience in E-commerce or D2C space

Qualification / Requirement

.       4-12 years core development experience in VisionPLUS product in

credit card processing domain

.       Exposure to VMx / WNGSFM is required

.       Strong hands-on working knowledge in CMS/FAS module

.       Strong knowledge of CICS

.       Should have strong knowledge of VisionPLUS online architecture and troubleshooting experience in online area

.       Should be experienced in z/OS Software Change Management tools - Endevor and Changeman

.       Experience in design and development of medium complexity problems

.       Good knowledge and experience of DevOps & Agile discipline

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Purpose of Job:
Responsible to lead a team of analysts to build and deploy predictive models to infuse core
business functions with deep analytical insights. The Senior Data Scientist will also work
closely with the Kinara management team to investigate strategically important business questions.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team through the entire analytical and machine learning model life cycle:
 Define the problem statement
 Build and clean datasets

Qualifications:
 Education: MS/MTech/Btech graduates or equivalent with a focus on data science and

 Work Experience: 5+ years in a professional role with 3+ years in ML/AI

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Selected engineer's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Performs Database Administration tasks in Oracle & MS/MY SQL. Also performs basic DBA tasks in

SQL Server and DB2 environments as necessary.

• Designs and builds simple to complex database structures from data models.

• Installs, configures and patches Oracle.

• Implements HA and DR systems using Data guard and RAC.

• Builds and manages Data Guard Physical/Logical Standby Databases using Data Guard Broker

• Provides rotating 24x7 on-call support for company's Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 environments as

necessary.

• Participates in design reviews as required to ensure database design meets application

requirements.

• Designs, maintains, documents and executes database utilities to provide information regarding

database activity.

• Proactively performs database monitoring and performance tuning tasks.

• Identify and provide solutions to performance issues in multiple database environments.

• Provides automation to standard DBA tasks. Able to develop scripts on UNIX and Windows

platforms as necessary.

• Reviews and enforces adherence to the company's Architecture, as well as database design and

usage standards.

• Understands database high availability technologies and guides the company in implementing

appropriate solutions.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience & other requirements

• B.S. degree from an accredited university.

• Must have solid Oracle RAC , Golden Gate & Data Guard experience.

• 3+ years of extensive experience with Oracle database installation / configuration best practices

and Database upgrade/migration approaches.

• Experience installing, building, upgrading and supporting Oracle RAC environment, ASM,

Grid/Cluster.

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, configuration and

troubleshooting of Oracle products and patches, including Oracle 12c, RAC, ASM, Clusterware,

GoldenGate, Dataguard, Oracle Database Appliance (ODA), Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c.

• Experience in Oracle 12c RAC based environment - architecture, installation, building, upgrading

and maintenance of Oracle RAC based environment in production.

• Extensive experience in Oracle DataGuard replication and physical standby for Disaster recovery

• Working experience of Oracle Database Appliance.

• Strong knowledge of OEM 12C grid monitoring configuration.

• Strong working experience with RMAN configuration, Job maintenance and backup & recovery

• Experience in database problem identification, problem diagnosis and resolution.

• Experience in building data architecture models and enforcing enterprise architecture standards

and guidelines.

• Excellent communication – ability to explain a technical problem to management.

• Ability to work on high performing teams and deliver under pressure situations.

• Minimum 1-year experience is mandatory
• Proven Software Development Skills in Laravel Framework and Core PHP
