(Near By SRP Tools Bus Stop) ROLE: US IT RECRUITER JOB DESCRIPTION: -Basic understanding of various IT Technologies like Embedded, Software Engineering, Infrastructure & System Administration, Cloud,.Net, Java, Mobility, IoT, ERP etc.. - Sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates for end customer contracts, contract-to-hire, and C2C contracts opportunities with clients in the North America region. - Over 0.6 – 3 years of experience in the US recruiting and having your own network and connects in US markets - Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. - Ability to quickly anticipate, Learn and understand current and future demands of US markets - Meet or exceed weekly sales goal expectations. - Good experience of Interviewing and filtering prospective candidates within a short time. - Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in a specified region(s), technologies or with specified clients. - Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in the database. - Refer leads and hiring manager names to Account Managers. - Be familiar with industry trends, including client, market and unemployment conditions. - Track/communicate new technology trends. Additional Required Skills of Technical Recruiter: - A strong work ethic and sense of commitment. - Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment. - Able to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment. - Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity. - Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills. - Bachelor's degree is preferred - Expert level grasp of LinkedIn and all its features and functions.
