Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Bid Support Executive to join our business development team. This role involves identifying tender opportunities, coordinating across departments to prepare bid documents, and ensuring timely submissions on various e-procurement platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will track and identify relevant tenders (Govt./PSU/Private portals, GeM).
- You will assist in preparing and formatting technical and financial bid documents.
- You will coordinate with internal departments (Tech, Finance, HR, Legal) to gather required inputs.
- You will assist in submitting bids on e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals) within timelines.
- You will maintain and organize the standard document repository, declarations, and past submissions.
- You will handle post-submission queries and documentation requests.
- You should be good at handling administrative tasks and coordinating across departments for timely bid compilation and approvals.
Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in bid/tender support (preferably in IT, e-Gov, or HealthTech sectors).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with e-procurement portals and tender procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good at multitasking and managing administrative follow-ups.
- High attention to detail and time management.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in preparing and submitting tenders or proposals
- Understanding of government bidding and RFP process
- Basic knowledge of healthcare or IT solutions (optional)
- Familiar with tender portals like GeM or CPPP
- Ability to prepare standard documents
- Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Excel, or task trackers.

Educational Background:
Graduate in any discipline (Business/IT preferred)

Job description:
1. Lead the Technical and Regulatory documentation for smooth operations.
2. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of COA, TDS, MSDS and other related technical documents.
3. Maintain a real-time database of Products & Suppliers with corresponding technical documents.
4. Mentor and guide the documentation team on writing practices and processes
5. Bring in strong Chemistry knowledge and support the demand and supply team with suitable inputs on specifications.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Researching community sign-up questions for various community types
- Researching engagement techniques used by community managers in their respective communities.
