About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Marketing Executive to join our Corporate Software team. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing customized software demonstrations, and supporting the sales team with proposals and solution presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical & functional presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Proficient in client handling, including holding due discussions and delivering software demos to potential customers.
• Skilled in lead generation, follow-up calls, and conversion of prospects into business opportunities
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships to expand the customer base.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate product value effectively.
• Target-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales and business growth.
• Proficiency in cold calling to the leads and convert them.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, or MBA in Marketing,
• 1-2 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or software sales.

Role Overview

This is a 20% technical, 80% non-technical role designed for individuals who can blend technical know-how with strong operational and communication skills. You’ll be the bridge between our product and the client’s operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to co-design SOPs for resolving support queries across channels (chat, ticket, voice)
• Scope and plan each integration: gather technical and operational requirements and convert them into an executable timeline with measurable success metrics (e.g., coverage %, accuracy, CSAT)
• Lead integration rollouts and post-launch success loops: monitor performance, debug issues, fine-tune prompts and workflows
• Conduct quarterly “AI health-checks” and continuously improve system effectiveness
• Troubleshoot production issues, replicate bugs, ship patches, and write clear root-cause analyses (RCAs)
• Act as the customer’s voice internally, channel key insights to product and engineering teams

Must-Have Qualifications

• Engineering degree is a must; Computer Science preferred
• Past experience in coding and a sound understanding of APIs is preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in SaaS, customer success, implementation, or operations roles
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Primary job role

As a Senior Technical Consultant – M3, the primary job role is to develop integration using Infor Enterprise Collaborator (IEC) , Intelligent Open Network(ION), Extension development using H5 Scripts, Output generation from OpenText Stream Serve and OpenText Story Teller.   Furthermore, it is required to design required solution and logics for the development components and collaboratively coordinate with the rest of the team playing a leadership role.

Main duties/responsibilities

• Design & implement high performing M3 Integrations solutions as per the functional specification.
• Create Technical Specification.
• Participate in effort estimations.
• Participate in design discussions and own module designs.
• Effective troubleshooting of technical issues and bugs.
• Package deployment and release management.
• Provides technical support to customers.
• Provides training and guidance to the new developers and junior team members.
• Participate in Requirement discussions.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in the M3 Technical Consulting.

Technical Knowledge

• Ability to design and develop M3 Integrations with Infor Enterprise Collaborator (IEC).
• UI Extension development using H5Scripts.
• Experience specially in Finance related integrations (Fix assets, GLS850 Uploads for AP, AR, GL etc), Banking Integrations (Including MT940).
• Experience in complex development using Standard/Custom Business Object Document (BOD), ION Document Flow, Workflows.
• Configuring and working with Event Hub, Event Rules and MBM.
• Complex M3 Output development using OpenText Storyteller and OpenText Stream Serve.
• Ability to configure and work with Configurable XML.
• Experience in working with Infor OS and Infor Document Management (IDM).
• Ability to integrate M3 Output documents with IDM.

As a Backend Engineer, you will

• Create and maintain server-side code
• Designing database schemas to support business requirements
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use

Implementation of Manufacturing, Costing, Planning Central, Demand Management, Sales and Operation Planning in Oracle ERP.

Drive requirement gathering, Fit-Gap, Solution Design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover/Go-Live and postproduction support for above applications.

Perform configuration/Application setups.

capturing solution design, configuration, documentation, and post-production support.

Responsible for roll out of all Oracle modules for new State operations.
