Job Description: Full Stack Developer

Experience:- 4-6 years of Experience

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of our applications, ensuring a seamless, intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Utilize strong expertise in React for front-end development, including proficiency in the Document Object Model (DOM), JSON/JSON schemas, and API integration.
• Apply back-end development skills using golang , Python (Fast API, Flask, Pandas, NumPy) or NodeJS, focusing on API development and data access patterns.
• Implement and maintain NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, understanding usage patterns and trade-offs over relational databases.
• Leverage clinical, R&D domain experience to contribute to innovative solutions.
• Employ tools like Postman for API testing and debugging and participate in the design and deployment of CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization by adhering to best practices in coding standards and documentation.

Qualifications:-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. We are okay to assess lead Senior/lead profiles as long as they are capable of individually contributing to the project.
• Strong knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
• Experience with back-end languages (e.g., Python, Node.js) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Familiarity with database technology such as NoSQL (MongoDB) and image processing.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS PaaS & Serverless), API Gateway, Lambda, Fargate, ECS.
• Understanding of general CI/CD principles and AWS-based Cloudformation/CDK.
• Good to have: Experience in the clinical or R&D domain, including any imaging experience (even at PoC level).

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Statistical Programmer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the development, quality control, and documentation of statistical (SAS) programming deliverables for clinical research studies.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Lead and oversee the development of SAS programs for the management and statistical analysis of clinical trial data.

2.      Develop, test, and validate statistical tables, listings, and graphs (TLGs) in support of the statistical analysis plan.

3.      Support the generation and review of protocols, data management plans, study reports, and other regulatory documents.

4.      Provide input to the statistical analysis plan, table shells, data integration plans, and mock-ups.

5.      Ensure data quality by designing and validating key data checks and listings.

6.      Develop specifications for derived datasets and perform data transformation as necessary.

7.      Collaborate effectively with data management and biostatistics teams, clinicians, and other project stakeholders.

8.      Guide junior programmers and provide mentoring as needed.

9.      Keep abreast of new developments in SAS programming and clinical research, and act as a subject matter expert for the team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1.      Bachelor's or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2.      Minimum of 3 plus years of statistical programming experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.

3.      Excellent SAS programming skills and proficiency in SAS/Base, SAS/Macro, SAS/Graph, and SAS/STAT.

4.      Familiarity with CDISC SDTM and ADaM data standards.

5.      In-depth understanding of clinical trial data and extremely complex statistical methods.

6.      Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

7.      Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable results.

8.      Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

9.      Prior experience leading teams or projects is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

1.      Experience in oncology, immunology, respiratory, infectious diseases, or neurosciences is a plus.

2.      Knowledge of other statistical software such as R or Python is a plus.

3.      Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FDA/EMA/ICH) is preferred.

• Compiling the design and development of animation projects, coordinating with designers for obtaining their specific requirements, and developing animation shots accordingly
• Preparing detailed storyboard layouts, sketches, and other visual aides required in developing the animation theme, processing these visuals accordingly for obtaining final animated visual, and incorporating graphical visuals in it for enhancing the animation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in creating Flash Animations and videos preferably in EdTech/ Social Sector/ Education/ E-Learning sector
• Hands-on experience in Adobe Flash is mandatory
• Work experience on multiple assignments and projects on a full-time role
• Hands on experience and knowledge in various design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, After Effects will be required
• Experience of editing video files in Flash including editing of audio, visual elements, screen text and creating the final output as per the requirements
• Experience of creating a new video using visual components, merging of audio files and text that appears on the video
• Excellent communication skills including flawless writing in terms of using the text content in the creatives
