Strong Product UI heavy Designer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum of 2+ years of design experience, with a strong focus on UI-intensive work

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end designs independently from wireframes and user flows through to final Figma handoff

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience with delivering both web and mobile designs

Mandatory (Tools): Must have strong working proficiency in Figma, Adobe, Photoshop etc

Mandatory (Skill): Must have solid experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, sitemaps, and process flows for web and mobile responsive platforms

Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio should be UI-heavy, with clear evidence of high-fidelity designs, visual craftsmanship, and end-to-end screen design

Mandatory (Company Type): Product companies or if candidate form services/design consultancies with worked on B2B SaaS projects/clients

Mandatory (Location): Must be comfortable working across two office locations (MG Road and HSR) in Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative engagements with clients, exploring their technical and business challenges. This will include delivering workshops, presenting solution overviews and providing benefits analysis of software features and developments
• Provide consulting services to aid the implementation, adoption, operation and expansion of Adobe Campaign at client organisations
• Provide Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (but not limited to):

o             Work with Clients to assess requirements

o             Configure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flows

o             Configure the Adobe Campaign solution to customers’ requirement including Campaigns set-ups, building web pages using Scripting

o             Develop customer specific solutions where necessary and document them

o             Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution

• Create Implementation plans for new and existing clients
• Creation of accurate estimates and quotations for Adobe Campaign Consulting services
• Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation including requirements, functional and technical specs that define and support the solution
• Ownership of the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery, acceptance and operation
• Knowledge transfer/Training to customers on solution implemented
• Product Upgrades and Configuration activities
• Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own in smaller projects which don’t have dedicated Project Managers
• Build great working relationship with Onshore Consulting team,  Learn and Adopt best-practices from such teams globally
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations

Mandatory Skills:

• Total 10+ years of experience in SAP projects

• Minimum 3+ years of Project Management experience

• Experience in handling SAP AMS projects

• Strong exposure to Managed Services and Shared Support Models

• Excellent customer handling and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in Presales activities

• Strong knowledge in Proposals and Estimations

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage client expectations and project delivery effectively

• Candidate should be comfortable for Face-to-Face interview process

• Owns the user experience on the website and Mobile App to provide the best-in-class experience for our online users.

• Owns the design strategies, framework, tools and governance for the Indian website and Mobile App in line with the local user needs and the Company's United Design Framework.

• Responsible for complete digital experience from the user research phase, design to the delivery of the mock-ups.

• Co-own the A/B testing strategy to run multiple usability tests on our online platforms and identify the quick wins through a data driven approach.

• Own the product development from scratch.
• Architect scalable, distributed and large-scale web and mobile solutions from scratch.

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.

   Desired Candidate Profile:-

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field(or combined with related experience)
• Strong Expertise in Node.js/Javascript
• Hands-on experience in writing Node.js applications
• Deep knowledge of Restful APIs, Web Services, command-line programs and solid design principles.
• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Express.js,Sails.js,StrongLoop, Meteor,Loopback.js, etc
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database(MongoDB)
• Knowledge of tools like Docker, Git, Postman, JSdocs, etc.
• Well versed with front-end technologies - HTML5, and CSS3, AWS, GCP, Azure, Good hold on CLI command, OS
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, both dynamic(Javascript, Python, Ruby, etc.) and strongly typed object-oriented language.
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoys challenging assignments in a high energy, fast growing and start-up workplace.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills and Experience

1. Minimum 5 years of javascript development experience
2. In-depth understanding of javascript and reactjs
3. Experience in designing effective data structures and algorithms

6. Experience and understanding of any backend framework would be a plus
7. Experience with version control and project management tools
8. Excellent oral and written communication (english + 1 local language)
