About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing to drive project-based sales and business development in the pharma, cleanroom and engineering solutions industry.

The role involves managing the sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to commercial negotiation, order closure, project coordination and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in pharma, cleanroom equipment and process equipment sectors.
• Identify potential customers and develop a strong sales pipeline through networking, market research and industry connections.
• Engage with clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
• Conduct client meetings and deliver customized presentations.
• Coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
• Support commercial negotiations including pricing, payment terms and contract finalization.
• Manage the sales process from enquiry generation to order confirmation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Finance and other internal teams for timely project execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address customer/project-related issues.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants and key decision-makers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B Project Sales / Technical Sales / Business Development.

Research Production

• Translate mathematical models and Python research prototypes into robust, production-quality C++.
• Develop reusable components for risk analytics, forecasting, portfolio analysis and simulation.

• Ensure production implementations remain mathematically and numerically consistent with the underlying research.

Engine Development and Validation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Quantitative Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong professional programming experience in modern C++, including object- oriented and generic programming.
• Proficiency in Python and scientific-computing libraries such as NumPy, pandas or SciPy.
• Experience translating mathematical or analytical prototypes into production software.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, software architecture and design principles.
• Experience building automated unit, integration and performance tests.
