Associate Customer Sales

Responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, You will also be involved in sales forecasting, account planning

Every day, Monitor and ensure the accuracy of the daily transactions, journal entries, General ledger system and month end close work.

Reconciliation of Customer and Suppliers accounts

TDS, Income tax, PF, ESI & PT returns filling on a timely basis.

Looking after all statutory deductions and remittances to Govt.

Finalization of accounts in accordance with companies Act and accounting standards.

Preparation of annual accounts at the end of the year according to the provision of the law.

Review and Filing GSTR1 & GSTR 3B, & Reconciliation GSTR2A V/S GSTR 3B, and Filing Returns within due date along with the annual returned.

Manage taxation like VAT, Service tax, TDS, Income tax, PF & ESI & returns on timely basis

Every Month Filing Statutory Returned within due date like, Sales Tax, Service Tax, PT, ESIC, EPF, &

Filing GST like GSTR1, 2A,3B, etc. Monthly Deducting Tds for Contractors, Salary Employees, OtherVendors, which is applicable for Tds.

Compilation of form 16 and form 16A, Quarterly and annually returned prescribed under the income tax Act, 1961 for tax deducted at source u/s 192 to 194- K

Roles and Responsibilities : 

Job Title: Sales Executive (EdTech) for Online Certification Program

Location: Initially Remote; potential mandatory transition to Bangalore office after three months

Salary and Compensation:

- Base Salary: ₹25,000 per month, totaling ₹3 lakhs annually.

- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹75,000 per month based on achieving sales targets, which can total up to ₹9 lakhs annually.

- Annual Performance Bonus: Upon completing one year and meeting minimum sales targets, an additional bonus of ₹3 lakhs is awarded.

- Total Potential Earnings: Up to ₹15 lakhs per annum, including base salary, incentives, and bonus.

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive with a solid background in EduTech sales to market and sell our Certified E-commerce Professional program. This high-ticket program is designed to enhance the careers of professionals through certification and offers substantial business and job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform sales calls to a targeted list of potential customers, persuasively explaining the advantages of our online courses and closing sales.

- Achieve a minimum of 10 sales per week to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Leverage leads generated via social media to convert into paying customers.

- Participate in a one-week training session to optimally prepare for effective course promotion.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience, particularly in online educational courses, with a consistent track record of achieving sales goals.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Capability to start remotely with the flexibility to transition to office-based work in Bangalore as required.

Compensation and Incentives:

- Competitive base salary with an aggressive incentive plan. Incentives are calculated at 10% for meeting a minimum of 30 sales per month, leading to potential monthly earnings of up to ₹75,000 in incentives alone.

- If the monthly sales target of 30 sales is not met but sales are still made, the incentive rate is 5% of the total sales value.

Additional Details:

- This role begins with a 30-day probation period where meeting sales targets is crucial.

- Failure to meet the minimum sales target during the probation period may lead to immediate termination without notice.

- Continuation of employment and salary is contingent on consistently achieving sales targets.
