We're looking for an Associate People Operations - Technology to support our fast-growing teams in India. This role would be a key pillar of the People Operations Team, who assists employees and managers with their People support needs- someone who is passionate about finding ways to best support our employee base. As a People Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with people business partners, and business leaders to design processes and control, diagnoses process failures, and automates processes, to help the organization grow and ensure the best experience for our employees. Next to your generalist duties, you will be a subject matter expert in one or more of the employee lifecycle programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful execution of critical people operations processes, including onboarding, reference checks, and offboarding, crucial aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Take complete ownership of employee documentation, encompassing contracts, amendments, and all other items relevant to the employee lifecycle.
• Be accountable for maintaining accurate data, including employee records and information changes such as promotions, terminations, and transfers.
• Manage the monthly employee payroll in collaboration with the payroll subject matter expert.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to other HR functions as necessary, aligned with business requirements.
• Organize quarterly co-locations, team gatherings, offsite planning and execution, travel arrangements, and seasonal merchandise.
• Coordinate with finance and external vendors for purchase orders, e-way bills, delivery challans, comparative statements, invoice submissions, and payment follow-ups.
• Support the people partner team in addressing employee grievances and requests.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in a generalist role, preferably within a growth-stage tech company.
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, with the ability to recommend process-oriented and operational solutions for enhancing the employee experience.
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to multitask and quickly learn processes for more efficient and effective results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective communication across various levels within the company.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing robust relationships across all levels and functions.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in HRMS/other HR tools preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

What you need to succeed in this job ?

• MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college.
• Minimum 2+ Experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Cloud Gateway etc
• Good understanding of Design Patterns usage and implementations.
• REST Services and understanding and implementation of Microservices Architecture.
• Unit testing tools – Junit & Mockito.
• Experience is PostgreSQL database is must, 
• Excellent data structure & algorithm and problem solving skills.
• Should be an active contributor to developer communities like Stackoverflow is added advantage.
• Experience and knowledge of open source tools & frameworks, broader cutting edge technologies around server side development (Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Kafka).
• Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high- energy, fast growing and start-up workplace.
• Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in fluid environment.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

2. Calling 65-70 leads every day

3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)

4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Classes

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

6. Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)

7. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

Role: UI Developer (ReactJs Developer)

Experience: 1.5 - 2.5 Years
Qualification: BE (IT/ Computer), B.Tech., M.Tech., MCA.

Primary Skills (Must Have):

·      1.5 - 2.5 years of experience in web UI development 

·      Hands-on experience in developing responsive design using ReactJs,HTML 5 + CSS3, jQuery

·      Bootstrap 3 and other JavaScript Frameworks 

·      Worked on SCSS and LESS 

·      Worked on UI integration, collaborate with the design team to define the UI architecture, using Web design best practices 

·      Knowledge of Material design framework Good communication and interpersonal skills 

Additional skills/good to have:

·      Hands-on experience in developing a web-based solution using the latest technologies covering React.Js Angular, Angularjs, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5 technology (CSS3, Compass, etc.), object-oriented javascript and MVC js frameworks like Extjs/angular/backbone

·      Bootstrap 4 WCAG standards (AAA) W3C validator BEM standards Table structure (Mailer) 

·      Ability to work independently, good communication skills have experience in working on complex and medium to large projects.

·      Good understanding of SDLC and flair to follow the processes. 

·      An understanding of the fundamentals in object-oriented development, UML and Design Patterns

·      Experience building complex web apps that have been successfully delivered to customers 

·      Exceptional analytical abilities, creativity, and attention to detail 

·      Good team player who is a self-starter and well organized

·      Good expertise, good in technical analysis/debugging problems/issues, 

·      Experience in designing and architecting medium to complex systems, well versed with design standards &   framework

·      Experience in working on multiple technologies and complex projects 

·      Knowledge in Design Patterns.
