Responsibilities:
- Establish and enhance the SEW brand and value proposition in the market.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for OEM/EU customers within the assigned region.
- Provide exceptional service and application support to assigned customers.
- Manage receivables collection and ensure proper completion of statutory forms.
- Identify and capitalise on project business opportunities.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales trends and competitor activities, and report forecasts to management.
- Submit travel and other expense claims promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documents as per Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
Authority:
- Make decisions on FOC (Free of Charge) replacement and service in conjunction with the Branch Manager.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to make pricing decisions.
- Organise customer entertainment with approval from the Branch Manager.

Profile:
- Education: Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering from a reputable institute.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling similar products.
- Skills Required: Strong proficiency in Customer Relationship Management, Presentation Skills, and Negotiation Skills.
