Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-ins, leads, and inquiries, and convert them into successful enrollments.
- Counsel students and parents on study options across UK, Canada, Australia, Europe.
- Guide students through the complete admission cycle: course selection, applications, visa, and documentation.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and info sessions to attract new prospects.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.
- Mentor and support junior counselors to improve conversion ratios.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to enhance business strategies.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of proven experience in counseling/advising within overseas education.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end overseas education process (applications, SOPs, visas).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM/lead management tools is preferred.
