Qualifications :

You Have:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline

● 5 years of inside sales experience with demonstrated achievement of quota /revenue goals preferably to the North American audience

● Strong communication skills - communicate, present, assert and speak to all the different stakeholders involved

● Outbound skills - Must be able call prospects with confidence

● Strong research and strategic analysis skills

● Strong software solutions & product demonstration experience is required

What you’ll do:

● Effectively manage all your opportunities while managing a sales pipeline to achieve targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

● Identifying new sales opportunities, pitching products/services to clients and effectively work with them to bring in additional revenue

● Ability to research and become an expert on Deltek's products and the competitive landscape

● Effectively demonstrate Deltek’s software solutions to address the customer requirements and provide business value

Headless Development: Lead the frontend development of our Shopify app, including

building new features, revamping existing functionalities, and optimising performance.

User Interface Design: Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive,

pixel-perfect UI components that align with our brand’s aesthetic and provide an intuitive

user experience.

Custom Theme Development: Create and customise Shopify themes to enhance the

visual appeal and functionality of our online store, ensuring compatibility with various

devices and browsers.

Integration and API Management: Work with third-party APIs and Shopify's API to integrate

necessary functionalities, such as payment gateways, shipping solutions, and marketing

tools.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the app’s performance,

ensuring fast load times, seamless navigation, and a smooth user experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers,

designers, marketers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Code Review and Best Practices: Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code. Participate

in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in frontend development.

Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance

bottlenecks in a timely manner to ensure a seamless user experience.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes,

and development workflows.

• Handling product and process development, nutrition profiling, claims development, shelf life testing, manufacturing scale up
• Managing projects - working with team on product, process, packaging development, regulatory, nutrition, manufacturing scaling up
• Being the point of contact for client - weekly project tracking, working with the client and other stakeholders to ensure on time in full delivery of the project

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the Laravel framework. We use GIT for version control and the candidate must have experience in working in a team environment using tools like Github, Gitlab, etc. 

• Perform a mix of maintenance, enhancements, and new development as required.
• Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical specifications.
• Help with database and backend architecture. 
• Create API endpoints

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in web development and software design
• Expertise in Laravel Framework, and MySQL databases.
• Working knowledge of GIT and Github.
• Experience with creating REST-based API endpoints

Job Description :

• 2 or more years of experience of server side web systems engineering and middleware in a project services or product engineering organisation
• Hands-on development experience using JavaScript on the Server Side with Node.js and associated frameworks.
• Published sites/systems that are now online
• Self motivation and ability to manage your own time to get the job done at the high international quality levels we expect
• An engineering Degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience

B. Aims & Goals:

You are required to work with all departments at Pelican to implement, enhance and improve ISMS, GDPR and ISAE 3402 processes. You will also be closely working with external auditor as well as top management for status and reporting.

C. Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities include:  Assist in audit planning, including the identification of processes for audit review.   Execute internal audit assignments for all locations in India, US, UK and NL. Review the effectiveness of the controls.   Identify and document audit issues and opportunities for improvement.  Prepare the audit report for internal audit assignments and discuss audit findings with senior management.   Monitor and maintain the CAPA program. Assist with follow up corrective actions and oversee timely completion.  Facilitate independent audit engagements on behalf of the company.  Assist to develop and implement process improvements and best practices across the business unit. Review policies and procedures for all areas of the business.  Develop new policies and procedures as directed or required, to improve and to collect and analyse data for review with internal stakeholders.  Take responsibility for the management and execution of internal audit assignments, production of audit reports and management of follow up actions  Involved with working across all areas of the business to ensure that processes are documented and compliant to the company’s requirements.
