Experience: 1-5 of Inside Sales experience

Industry preference (sales): Edtech, Beauty & Wellness, Banking, Insurance or related B2C

Timing & shift: 10am to 8pm, 6 working days | Sunday off

Language: English & Kannada

CTC: Will be dependent on interview and relevant experience. Expect upto Rs. 4.2L fixed for upto 3 years sales experience | Expect upto Rs. 4.8L fixed for 3-5 years sales experience | Rs. 2L variable bonus and additional spot incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate, you will do:

• Student Counseling: Advise prospective students about Airblack’s makeup and beauty courses through various communication channels
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive enrollment numbers and contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants
• Event Participation: Be an active part of video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollment
