Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies that align with organizational goals. The role focuses on enhancing employee performance, leadership development, and creating a strong learning culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a part of the leadership and HR team, you will be expected to independently manage end-to-end learning and development initiatives, which include:

• Develop and manage comprehensive Learning & Development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs analysis across departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Design, implement, and manage training programs including onboarding, technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
• Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage internal and external training resources, vendors, and facilitators.
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with senior management to align learning initiatives with organizational growth plans.
• Drive employee engagement through continuous learning initiatives and career development programs.
• Maintain training calendars, learning documentation, and MIS reports for management review.
• Ensure consistency in learning standards, content quality, and delivery across the organization.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Learning & Development Manager.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing L&D frameworks and learning strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and modern learning methodologies.

Role and responsibilities  

•         Senior Software Engineer work as an integral part of core software test automation team developing the requirement to meet the commitments and quality.

•         Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)

•         Write well-designed, testable & high quality code

•         Integrate automated components into a fully functional software test automation system

•         Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing scripts

•         Comply with project plans and industry standards

•         Ability to Work closely with different scrum teams to understand the product and plan

•         Understanding of Agile practices and JIRA Technical skills requirements.

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in:

ServiceNow,ITSM + CSM

Role Purpose The role holder is responsible for developing ServiceNow services, applications and modules, which satisfy the agreed requirements/stories and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with the Lead Consultant and Engagement Manager, on customer projects. The role holder will ensure that Fujitsu is seen as a trusted ServiceNow delivery partner and project activities are successfully delivered as sold, generating positive customer feedback and unpinning further business growth.Key Accountabilities 1.Product Development. In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform (2 years), from the technology, development, integration and modules, to design, develop, implement and test modules in line with agreed timelines, budget, costs, quality and development standards.2.IT Integration. Provides integration facilities and provisions logistics on ServiceNow implementation projects, for the required customer integrations.3.Process Improvement. Suggests and implements proposals for process improvements within projects, once agreed.4.Innovation. Uses new technologies and methods actively to develop competitive services on customer projects.5.Documentation. Provides technical documentation on modules / products, following company standards on customer projects.6.Technical Expertise. • 1-5 years of experience in building and maintaining robust data pipelines, enriching data, low-latency/highly-performance data analytics applications.
• Experience handling complex, high volume, multi-dimensional data and architecting data products in streaming, serverless, and microservices-based Architecture and platform.
• Experience in Data warehousing, Data modeling, and Data architecture.
• Expert level proficiency with the relational and NoSQL databases.
• Expert level proficiency in Python, and PySpark.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies and utilities (Spark, Hive, Kafka, Airflow).
• Familiarity with cloud services (preferable AWS)
• Familiarity with MLOps processes such as data labeling, model deployment, data-model feedback loop, data drift.
