Skills:
Product Knowledge – Understanding different types of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, storage solutions, and related accessories.
Sales & Negotiation – Ability to convince clients, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
Technical Understanding – Basic knowledge of installation, cabling, IP vs analog cameras, resolutions, and networking basics.
Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identifying potential customers through cold calling, networking, and online research.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Using CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
Presentation & Demonstration – Conducting product demos and explaining the benefits of CCTV solutions.
Market Awareness – Understanding competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends.
After-Sales Support – Coordinating with technical teams to ensure installation, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation – Preparing sales reports, quotations, and proposals for clients.
Basic IT & Networking Skills – Knowledge of IP addressing, PoE (Power over Ethernet), and remote access configurations.
