Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ YOE in B2B Tech solutions Sales, with a focus on selling UX/UI services or digital transformation consulting solutions

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have direct experience in hunting new leads, fixing meetings, and closing deals with CXO-level stakeholders

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong consultative selling experience — including handling proposals, pricing, RFPs, and end-to-end sales cycles

Mandatory (Core Skills 1): Should be confident in outreach via LinkedIn and email

Mandatory (Core Skills 2): Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM – added advantage), pipeline management, and reporting

Mandatory (Company): UX/UI Design Studios OR Software Tech Service companies

Mandatory (Exclusion): Do not consider candidates from EdTech, hardware sales, SaaS sales

Job Description:      

Min 2 to 4 Years of experience in C# and ASP.NET, Web application development.

Knowledge about cloud programming or migration to cloud is preferred.

 Mandatory skills:

• Proficient in Web Application development using ASP.NET, C# with .Net version 4.0/ 4.5.
• Experience with SQL Server or any other equivalent Database and know how to build efficient queries.
• Strong knowledge on jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap.
• Experience in debugging in multiple browsers.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Clear understanding of SVN or an equivalent VCS.
• Familiar with IIS and deploying code to Web Server.
• Should have excellent analytical and communication skills.

 Responsibilities:

• Good hands on designing, coding, debugging, technical problem solving, and writing Unit Test cases, etc.
• Translate use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Help maintain code quality
• Able to work well in a team setting

 Academic Qualifications Required:

•  B.E. / B.Tech. /MSC in Computer Science or IT./

  M.C.A

• You need to be excited about the problem that we are trying to solve
• 4+ years of experience building applications in Native iOS (Swift)
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs.
• Strong Js fundamentals - You should be able to contribute partially to our existing React Native development as well
• Ability to give clarity and communicate well with the team, including Product, Backend and Dev-Ops (if and when needed)
• Ability to use profiling tools well, getting to root causes of bugs fast
• Ability to pick and work on adjacent technologies if and when required (Eg: If the best performance monitoring solution needs a basic firebase setup, that should not be a blocker for you to go ahead and do so)
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes
• You need to be comfortable working in a remote environment (Good internet connection and availability on phone is needed)
• Deep understanding of iOS architecture

• Ability to tell Product what creates better User Experience, ability to tell backend what API responses will help the user get a faster load time
• Inquisitiveness to understand the system as a whole, and not only be stuck to your domain of expertise (Eg: Asking questions like why does this particular response take so much time as compared to others, and brainstorming with the backend engineer on how to improve on it)

Must have Expert level (5-7 years of development and maintenance experience) in MS SQL Server

·       Excellent skills in writing Stored Procedures, functions, triggers, queries, scripts, etc.

·       Excellent in troubleshooting, performance tuning, debugging, and query optimization

·       Excellent in indexing, finding and resolving potential for database deadlocks

·       Strong in database migrations and upgrades. 

·       Has experience with analytics and reporting.

·       3+ years of experience with SSIS, SSRS.

·       Has experience with Access DB.

• Developing the strategic direction for leading marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, and others.
• Accountable for achieving bottom line results and maximizing Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
• Expertly managing Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and driving paid and non-paid initiatives across the platform.
• Mentoring the team to optimize accounts and achieve monthly targets efficiently.
