·    Strong written/verbal communication skills

·      Minimum 3+Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Fork joins pool and other threading concepts)

·    Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

•  Good experience in Spring boot.
•  Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

•  Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, HashMap, Hash Table, HashSet is mandate.

•  Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.

•  Expert level understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and Data Structures

•  Good experience in Database (Sybase, Oracle or SQL Server) like indexing (clustered, non-clustered), hashing, segmenting, data types like clob / blob, views (materialized), replication, constraints, functions, triggers, procedures etc.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary engineering team to develop various

applications for the Additive Manufacturing process chain.

• You will be required to research and implement advanced algorithms and mathematical

models.

• You will optimize CPU performance and memory usage of applications.

• You will be involved in the design of the software architecture.

• You should be self-motivated and have strategic thinking abilities.

• The working environment and architecture primarily consists of C++ geometry processing

and simulation libraries, coupled with visualization frameworks

Writing and Documenting High-Quality Code for Additive Manufacturing applications

• Developing Algorithms for Performance Improvements

• Bug Fixing and Regression Testing

• Developing Test Cases

• Designing, Developing and Implementing Geometry Processing Libraries

• Leading a Team of Junior Software Engineers and Developers (This ability will be a plus)

• Good Understanding of OOPs Concepts, Design Patterns

• Hands-On Experience in Developing Applications for The Geometry Domain

Job Summary:

The ATS Senior Executive will be responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) used by the company to source, screen, and hire candidates. They will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Delivery Heads and other stakeholders to ensure the ATS is optimized to meet the company's hiring needs, and that all users of the system are trained on its features and functionality. The ATS Senior Executive will also be responsible for data analysis and reporting to ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)- JobDiva and Labor Edge to ensure they are optimized for recruitment needs.

·       Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the ATS is meeting their needs and providing the necessary support.

·       Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

·       Train recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders on the use of the ATS, ensuring they understand its features and functionality.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS, ensuring it is properly organized and easily accessible.

·       Develop and implement recruitment metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

·       Provide support to recruiters and hiring managers in the use of the ATS, answering questions and providing guidance as needed.

·       Participate in the evaluation and selection of new ATS software, as necessary.

·       Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and the use of the ATS.

Essential Requirements:

·       Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations and Human Resources, Statistics or a related field.

·       1+ years of experience in managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)- specifically JobDiva including Coddlers, VMS & MSPs Sync, and other peripherals integration in the corporate environment.

·       Working knowledge of ATS- Labor Edge will be an advantage.

·       Experience working in recruitment operations.

·       Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop its BI reports.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Proficient in MS Office Suite.

·       Knowledge of recruitment-related laws and regulations.

The ATS Senior Executive is a critical role within the recruitment process and requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the ATS is operating effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities: ·         

• Develop comprehensive product documentation that meets global standards.         
• Work with Engineering team to create Product Technical documentation, Knowledgebase, API Documentation.     
• Work with Product Management team to create Product User Guides, FAQs, Support Knowledgebase etc.         
• Work with Technical & Marketing teams to create content for Technical Blogs, White Papers, Product Comparisons, Case Studies etc.      
• Periodically review existing documentation and update them for Product Releases, prepare Release Notes. 
• Obtain a deep understanding of products to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.     

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field.
• 2-8 years’ experience as an effective technical writer for products in the Cloud Computing Industry.
• Proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and create easily understandable text and pictures.
• Understanding of Cloud Concepts and experience in creating related documentation is a must.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working with engineering to improve user experience and create visuals for technical support content.
• Experience working with video (screen capture) creation tools for user documentation.
• Understanding of REST APIs and ability to do simple checks using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience using Wordpress and other similar tools to create documentation.
