1+ year of experience working as a business development representative (or other relevant roles) at a B2B SaaS company.

Solid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset; Thrive under the uncertainty that comes with an early stage setup.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience working with CRM, lead databases, sales engagement tools, ChatGPT, etc

Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in managing leads, pipelines, and automations

Willingness to get your hands dirty and do the grunt work in the early days

Strong first principles understanding of business fundamentals; Ability to empathize with the end user, and understand their pain points; Ability to understand the product at a granular level

Comfortable working late at night to ensure sufficient overlap with US prospects

Self-driven individual with high ownership and strong work ethic

Ability to build, manage and motivate a team

• Candidate Must have Project management experience.
• Need Immediate joiner or candidate with upto 30 Days Notice period.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including the ability to write, optimize, and debug complex queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries).
• Must have experienece in Treasury Module.
• Should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
• 3+ years of implementation experience is required.
• Looking candidates from Fintech company ONLY. ( Candidate should have Strong knowledge of fintech products, financial workflows, and integrations )
• Candidate should have Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project management platforms.
• Candidate should have Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects from scratch.

Skills & Requirements

   Must-Have:   

• Passionate about creating high-quality, flexible code
• Strong understanding of REST API principles and best practices
• Expertise in Java, 
• Expertise in MySQL/Elasticsearch, Mongo or any NoSQL Database
• Proficient with Git
• Proficient with front-end technologies JavaScript, CSS & HTML
• Proficient in design patterns
• Good understanding of MVC architecture

   Good To Have:

• Python, R, Docker, Kubernetes, ES6+
• Proficiency in ReactJS
• Any experience in ML/ NLP
