About the Role

MARS Telecom is looking for a strong Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of backend-heavy development while contributing to front-end needs when required. The role involves building scalable APIs, maintaining cloud-hosted services, and ensuring smooth integration across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services primarily using C# / .NET Core.
• Build and maintain REST APIs with strong attention to performance and reliability.
• Work with AngularJS for UI-related tasks when needed (light front-end contribution).
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot services on AWS.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling, queries, and optimization.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.

Must-Have Skills

• 4–8 years of hands-on development experience.
• Strong expertise in C# or .NET Core.
• Practical experience with AngularJS.
• Solid understanding of REST API development.
• AWS exposure (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, or similar).
• Experience with any database (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Ability to work independently in a pure IC (Individual Contributor) capacity.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Basic CI/CD understanding.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Qualification and experience:

● Proven working experience as a State Sales head in K-12 or CBSE school business,

● Proven sales track record, computer Proficiency for proposal development & CRM tools

● Market knowledge, strong relationship is expected with ability to build rapport

● Good analytical and strong problem solving skills, listening and questioning skills, combined with the

ability to interact confidently with clients, able to work under pressure in result oriented manner

● Graduate from any branch computer science, MBA, BA, B.Com

‍Expected to manage the product plan, engineering, and delivery of Plum Integration activities. Plum is a rewarding and incentive infrastructure for businesses. It's a unified integrated suite of products to handle various rewarding use cases for consumers, sales, channel partners, and employees. 31% of the total tech team is aligned towards this product and comprises 32 members within Plum Tech, Quality, Design, and Product management.
