Role Summary
The IT Manager will serve as the single point of accountability for digitizing Opteamix’s internal processes across HR, Recruitment, Finance, Administrative (travel, immigration, facilities), CRM, and IT Infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Process Re-engineering
- Partner with HR, Recruitment, Finance, Admin, and Sales leaders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Recommend process simplifications, automation, and system integration opportunities.
2. Technical Leadership & Solutioning
