About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data engineering, and cloud technologies, with the ability to architect scalable and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML architectures for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Lead AI strategy, frameworks, and roadmaps in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Guide the development of machine learning models (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics).
• Define best practices for model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain robust data pipelines.
• Choose the right AI tools, libraries, and platforms based on project needs (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and manage AI models and services.
• Ensure AI/ML solutions comply with data privacy, governance, and ethical standards.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2+ years in an architecture or lead role.
• Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers, GPT models, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI, etc.).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD for models, and model monitoring.
• Familiarity with data lakehouse architecture, real-time inference, and APIs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with generative AI applications and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or federated learning.
• Publications or contributions to open-source AI projects.
• AI certifications from cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Role Overview

The Accounting & Bookkeeping Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, tracking

all income and expenses, and preparing monthly reconciliations and reports.

The role demands precision, accountability, and confidentiality while working remotely and coordinating with

internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

 Financial Record Keeping

• Record all financial transactions accurately in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks).

• Maintain ledgers, journals, and daily bookkeeping updates.

• Track company payments, receipts, and petty cash.

 Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage vendor invoices, verify bills, and process timely payments.

• Work closely with Charted Accountant.

• Record all client receipts and reconcile payment entries with project records.

• Maintain a clean record of outstanding receivables and follow-up status.

 Reconciliation & Reporting

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliation statements and balance verification.

• Prepare and share monthly P&L, balance sheets, and expense summaries.

• Support management in preparing financial dashboards and summaries.

 Compliance & Audit Support

• Maintain documentation for all accounting entries to ensure audit readiness.

• Assist in compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.).

• Support internal and external audits with timely submission of required records.

 Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Vendors for payment verification and approvals.

• Communicate effectively via email and Google Sheets to maintain transparency.

• Report financial discrepancies or unusual transactions immediately to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.

• Experience:

o 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.

o Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).

o Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

Job Description

We are looking for a Product designer to join Triveous and help us in our journey to create beautiful, usable, and inclusive mobile products. She/He will be responsible for understanding and executing the entire design lifecycle of various projects. That includes creating user personas, mapping user journeys, creating prototypes, and testing them out with actual users. 

The role also involves talking to client stakeholders to execute the design process independently. Experience in communicating design inputs, decisions, and outputs with key stakeholders is a definite plus.

Since this is a remote role, you would need to be self-motivated and proactive in all the work that you do.

Tasks and Responsibilities
