Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough risk assessments by analyzing borrowers' financial data, including financial statements, credit scores, and income details.
• Develop and refine predictive models using advanced statistical methods to forecast loan defaults and assess creditworthiness.
• Collaborate in the formulation and execution of credit policies and risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of loan portfolios, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: B.Tech or Engineering degree from a reputed institution.
• 2-4 years of experience in credit risk analysis, preferably in a fintech environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong Lead Product Designer/ Sr product designer/ Product design manager Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 6+ years of hands-on Product Design experience with product companies

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, and mobile applications.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS).
• Configure and maintain Docker containers and/or Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / CloudFormation.
• Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of Networking, VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, Security Groups.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools: CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.
