Position: Architect (Typescript and JavaScript)

Experience: 10 Years

Location: Remote, India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Architectural Support: the design, documentation and architecture of scalable software solutions using TypeScript and related technologies.

* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

* Development Oversight: Engage in hands-on development, focusing on both new feature implementation and maintaining existing applications (50% development).

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to provide architectural guidance and ensure best practices are followed.

* Support and Mentorship: Mentor and support other development teams by providing architectural guidance and troubleshooting assistance (50% support).

* API Development: Create and optimize GraphQL APIs

* Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code following best practices, including unit testing and code reviews.

* Troubleshooting: Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications to improve performance and reliability.

* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code and processes.

* Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements.

* AWS Integration: Utilize AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3) for application deployment and management.

* Messaging Services: Experience with Kafka or other messaging services for event-driven architectures and data streaming.

* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and participate in team knowledge sharing.

Skills & Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on architecture and design.

* Proven experience in leading development teams and architectural design.

* Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.

* Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

* Proficiency in AWS services and cloud-based development.

* Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative workflows.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.

* Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

* BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The core objective of this project is to upgrade the Dance School website, developed on the Wix platform, to include advanced features and functionalities that cater to both our users and administrative team.

• Professional Dashboard Development:
• Redesign and enhance the existing benchmark tool to a more professional standard. This includes improving the UI/UX design, functionality, and integration within the website.

Engagement Type:

• Mode of Work: Remote
• Shift Time: 6 AM to 3 PM IST

This Role Requires:

• Minimum Exp Required: 3 Years
• Wix Platform Expertise: The developer should have a strong understanding of the Wix platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization.

Interview Rounds:

• Technical and HR Technical Round - Ask questions on the previous work experience.
• HR - Behavioural and cultural fit.

·        Update and keep employee record in check

·        Conducting recruitment and interview process

·        Responsible for analyzing training needs,

·        Maintain the HR team’s calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc)

·        Designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy

·        Consulting with managers to discover specific job objectives

Responsibilities:

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code in Python.
• Designing and implementing software features and capabilities.
• Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and bugs in existing code.
• Collaborating with other developers, stakeholders, and users to define, design, and ship new features.
• Building and maintaining software documentation.
• Ensuring code is maintainable and maintain appropriate versioning practices.
• Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming language and related frameworks (such as Django, Flask etc.)
• libraries is important.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, version control systems and experience with system administration.
• Database management and good understanding of software design principles is desired.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities :

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

• Maintenance of Node.js Backend

• Working with MongoDB to create various features

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

• Create security and data protection settings

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a backend developer in Node.js or similar role

• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

• Familiarity with common stacks

Requirements :

• Hands on experience building end to end systems

• Minimum 1 yrs of experience with Javascript, Node.js and Mongo.DB

• Good architectural & design skills

• Strong coding, data structures and algorithms

• The ability to own end to end responsibility - right from requirement to release

• The ability to produce bug-free and production grade code

• Experience and fine understanding of cross browser front end development issues

• Exhibit a deep understanding of server virtualization, networking and storage ensuring that

• The solution scales and performs with high availability and uptime

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / BBA degree.
• 1+ years in SaaS sales industry.
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• CRM experience shall be a BIG PLUS.
