Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru office. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will focus on generating, prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to fuel pipeline growth. The role requires proactive outreach, systematic lead qualification, and close collaboration with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers using online research tools and databases, CRM data, and campaigns; build prospect lists aligned to ICPs.
• Outbound Outreach: Connect with prospects via cold calls, emails, and other suitable mediums; personalize outreach to build interest.
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospects using BANT/CHAMP frameworks to ensure only qualified leads are focused by the sales team.
• Consultative Selling: Engage with decision-makers at Indian consumer brands to understand their sales, distribution, and channel engagement challenges.
• Pipeline Management: Track leads and activities in CRM; maintain accurate reporting.
• Deal Support: Partner with senior sales team member on follow-ups and assist in progressing opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work with product, marketing and leadership teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversions.

Ideal Profile

• 1–3 years experience in sales with focus on lead prospecting and qualification
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Consultative selling mindset with ability to engage decision-makers
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), sales funnels, and B2B buying cycles
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn in a dynamic startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior SaaS sales experience and exposure to Indian MSMEs is a plus

Responsibilities:

Your Major Job Responsibilities as an ODOO Developer would be:

· You will lead and participate in various development projects for our products and services and be involved in all development-related aspects of our technical operations.

· Take Initiative for the required changes in the software development process to manage overall quality.

· Solve complex performance and other critical problems and architectural challenges.

· Develop applications/features that affect everyday life.

Required Skills Sets:

· Strong knowledge of Python and programming concepts.

· Complete understanding of ODOO basic flow.

· Knowledge of data models available in ODOO core.

· Proven expertise in developing custom modules in ODOO.

· ODOO Technical functional knowledge.

· Experience in developing the latest versions of ODOO and Excellent debugging skills in Odoo.

· Experience in migrating from earlier ODOO versions to latest versions.

· Core knowledge about the current features available in ODOO – Sales, Purchase, CRM, Accounts, Inventory, Projects, Timesheet, HR etc.

· Knowledge in handling ODOO front end (XML and Java Script)

· Good knowledge of PostgreSQL with the ability to write SQL queries.

· View customization – work on Widgets, Wizards, Java Script, view XML etc.

· Q-Web reports creation.

· Data import using ODOO import as well as custom import using Python.

· Knowledge of Version Control Systems like git.

• Collaborating with Hiring Managers to design and implement optimal sourcing strategies against the manpower plan requirements
• Direct sourcing covering all sourcing channels - internal mobility, referrals, advertised search, on-line job boards, networking, research, company website and search engines
• Identifying the sources for hiring that are cost efficient, highly effective with fast turnaround time
• Partnering with the business leaders on creating strong assessment mechanisms for recruitment
• Deploying assessment tools in the interviews to ensure that talent that is taken forward is as per org/ business requirements
• Handling all Recruitment operations (Sourcing, interview scheduling, coordination etc)
• Creating regular recruitment reports / trackers to gauge the health of manpower planning and recruitment related processes
• Creating Job Descriptions & specifications with respect to hiring
