Responsibilities:

. Create exclusive distributors, exclusive super stockiest and business associates for the company and guide, and coordinate them to achieve the target towards the entire business growth.

. Observe all the stock reports, product orders, re-order etc.

.Finding new marketing ideas and improving sales.

Requirements:

.Bachelor's degree and experience in business, marketing or related field.

. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information
• Interact with staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
• Perform general clerical duties to include, but are not limited to, copying, mailing, laminating, and filing.
• Provide support to the Maintenance team on the raising and closing of reactive.
• Utilize the system for raising purchase orders and the subsequent processing of the associated invoices for posting weekly.
• End-to-End Facility Management (Example: Security, Fire & Safety, Building Security, Etc.,)

• Provide support to the Facility Management in maintaining supplier matrices, back-to-work / self-certification documentation and the associated documentation.

• Order and maintain stock about the facilities management service provision
• Attend team meetings and produce subsequent minutes/actions
• Produce hotel, weekend, weekday, tenant, and ad-hoc car park passes as requested.
• Where applicable, meet & greet including organizing appropriate hospitality.
• Where applicable, assist the Centre Receptionist and Administrator.
• ISO Internal Audit Knowledge will be an added advantage.

Purpose of the position:

This position is responsible for analyses, design, development, co-ordination, implementation, and maintenance of web & mobile application.

As the Senior .NET Developer you will work on a team of Software Engineers developing web/mobile-based applications from end-to-end in a fast-paced Agile environment.

You will develop full-stack web/mobile applications in a technical environment with Microsoft .Net, RESTful web services, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, SQL Server and other technologies such as Azure. This resource will be actively designing, coding, and testing new solutions.

This role requires significant leadership, collaboration, mature interpersonal and professional skills, flexibility, appreciation for craftsmanship, ability to meet project timelines and pays attention to details

Required qualifications/experience:

Bachelor’s in computer science/ Technology or MCA.

More than 8 years of work experience on the above-mentioned technology.

3+ years’ experience working with Azure

• Should be independent contributor.
• Writing individual user stories that are very clear and concise and are easy to understand and implement by the development team.
• Identifying related user stories and epics, grouping them into themes as necessary and documenting the interrelationship and associated business process flows as necessary
• Prepare EPICS, Themes , User Stories and maintain product backlog, release backlog
• Constantly groom user stories, update acceptance criteria and keep the backlog up-to date
• Reviews, explain, orally, visually user stories, functional aspect of the system
• Participate in sprint review meetings, accept stories that meet the user acceptance criteria
• Manage changes to the stories, split user stories as appropriate
• Preparation of Documentation, Help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed.
• Serve as a liaison with the business community and IT to ensure that changes are understood.
• Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to Project Lead/technical lead

• Timely preparation and implementation of training calendar on monthly and annual basis
• Identifying the training needs of the employees and nominating for the suitable programs
• Timely nominations for all training programs (Internal & External) and making arrangements/ communication/ coordination
• Organizing induction training programs
• Conducting training programs for front line employees by aligning organizations’ learning strategy with business objectives
• Preparing monthly and annual training MIS and maintaining record of all trainings in HRMS/ERP
