1. Mobile Test Automation – Strong hands-on experience in Espresso (Android),

XCUITest (iOS), and WebDriverIO for web & mobile hybrid apps.

2. Programming Languages – Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Swift, and

JavaScript/TypeScript.

3. Test Frameworks & Tools – Experience with JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, Appium

(optional), WebDriverIO.

4. CI/CD & DevOps – Hands-on experience in Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and

Bitrise.

5. Version Control – Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, Bitbucket.

6. Cloud Device Testing – Experience with Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, AWS Device

Farm, or Firebase Test Lab.

7. API Testing – Hands-on experience with Postman, REST Assured, or Kotlin for

API automation.

8. Performance Testing – Exposure to mobile performance testing using tools like

Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments, JMeter.

9. Agile & Collaboration – Familiarity with JIRA, Rally, Confluence, and working in

Agile environments.

10. Debugging & Troubleshooting – Strong ability to debug test failures and optimize

automation performance.

Develop and execute automation test scripts for Android (Espresso/JetPack

Compose) and iOS (XCUITest) applications.

● Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure complete test coverage

and seamless integration.

● Maintain and optimize existing test automation frameworks for scalability,

reliability, and performance.

● Set up and manage automation testing workflows in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, and other tools.

Lead a team of software developers to deliver customer requirements,

on time, within budget while ensuring high level of quality.

● Tracking a project against schedules and taking corrective actions on

slippage. Escalation to the next level in case of slippage / likely slippage

in time or quality parameters.

● Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders

● Regular coordination with clients, internal resources and third

parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project

● Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within

budget

● Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all

relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

● Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

● Report and escalate to management as needed

● Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

Roles and responsibilities:

- The business development counselor interacts with parents or adult learners after they have taken a demo class and have experienced the product. Since these were high intent nurtured leads, There is no cold calling required. The role involves achieving weekly revenue targets by:

- Inviting parents or the adult learners to a video counseling session

- Conducting a detailed video counseling session with the decision-makers and taking them closer to their decision to purchase

- Looking at the entire sales life-cycle, starting from engaging with parents till final conversion and i.e. enrolment in the program

- We do not look for any specific degree of GPAs. We are open to all those who have a passion for sales and the zeal to grow quickly in their career.

- You should be located in Gurgaon or should be ready to locate to Gurgaon. This is a work-from-office role.

- You should be okay to work 5 days a week with a weekly off on Thursday. Saturday. Sunday are the most important days for your role as maximum customers take their counseling session on these days.

Must have 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Java 8 and above
