Role Description

We are seeking a full-time AI Developer specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join UpSolve Solutions in Mumbai. This client-facing, on-site role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI models, specifically focusing on GenAI and LLMs. The AI Developer will leverage expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and data science to build cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business innovation and solve complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong background in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Expertise in GCP, AWS or Azure
• Experience with large-scale data processing and model training
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to work with complex datasets, perform data preprocessing, and optimize AI models
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science)
• Experience with video and text analytics is a plus

Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role: • Build effective, professional working relationships with our clients by providing them guidance and recommendations when appropriate • Drafting proposals & quotations for Quantitative projects as well as Qualitative projects • Planning projects and budgets i.e. work weeks estimates, operations capacity, gross profit, Cost estimation on operations • Collaborate with other Account Managers, Client Development personnel, Operations and Marketing on various corporate initiatives • Partner with Business Development and Alliances team to onboard new clients and partners • Report on key performance metrics

We are looking for a full stack developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a full-stack developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. If you’re also familiar with Agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you. 

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong Web API & Application development experience - React/Angular/Vue. (Php/Python background is good to have) 
• Hands-on with REST API standards & ORM modelling 
• Experience in API gateway & Serverless functions implementations. 
• Experience in PWA, offline & real-time data modelling 
• Solid work experience with UI application development using standard patterns (MVC/MVP/MVVM) 
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications (Responsive designs) 
• Experience in AWS App Sync & Amplify frameworks 
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) 
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Node.js, .Net Core, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js & Angular) 
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MongoDB, MySQL, Cassandra, AWS Dynamo DB, Azure Cosmos Db), web servers (e.g. Nginx/Apache/AWS/Azure containers) and UI/UX design
