About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both technical and non-technical hiring, along with exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and payroll support.

This role requires someone who can work closely with leadership and employees to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule and manage interview processes and candidate communication
• Manage offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate new employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience and completion of joining formalities
• Handle employee exit processes including exit interviews and documentation
• Manage full employee lifecycle from joining to separation

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbook

Employee Engagement & HR Activities

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and HR events
• Support activities related to employee well-being and workplace culture
• Assist in organizing company events and celebrations

Payroll & Administration

• Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave records, and required data
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records
• Handle HR administrative activities and coordinate with the accounts team when required

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive role
• Experience in tech and non-tech hiring
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR tools, and job portals

Responsibilities :

• Get involved in the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding through the duration of their subscription period
• Provide product training to enable the customers to realize the potential of Empuls.
• Identify product usage gaps and provide actionable solutions to the customers.
• Build value-based relationships with customers and create Xoxoday champions.
• Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (EBRs and QBRs) to understand customer lifecycle milestones, communicate the value of our product, showcase ROI,
• Drive desired customer outcomes through a consultative approach.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling along with the Account Managers.
• Communicate and brainstorm with the product team on customer feedback and help refine the product roadmap.
• Work with the marketing team to execute customer surveys, case studies, etc.
• Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.
• Drive customer advocacy through reviews, testimonials, and customer meetups; and create a center of excellence within the customer's organization.

Requirements:

• Has relevant 4 to 6 years of work experience in a Customer Success role in a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on with tools like Pendo, HubSpot, Postman etc.
• Should be open to aligning with the different time zones based on business requirements.
• Showcases exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work with Global Customers.
• Has worked directly with Customers in the Americas or European region.
• Has an exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products.
• Managed customers across different segments in the past and knows how to manage them differently.
• Exhibits a true passion for customers and for Customer Success.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.

As a member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high-performance and responsiveness across the entire software stack.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable web applications with a focus on usability, performance, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using industry best practices and coding standards.
• Develop reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive web interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration to ensure code quality and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in web development with a focus on React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, context API, and component lifecycle.
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript with a good understanding of functional programming concepts.
• Experience with Node.js and building RESTful APIs using Express.js or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows (GitFlow).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, Mocha) and writing unit and integration tests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• You have 3+ years of experience using Golang/ Go Programming development language.
• You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot (and improve) bad code
• You have experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker or Kubernetes

Role Description

The role is of a Full-stack Engineer who is motivated to actively contribute to the design and development of new product features and enhancements. The role is expected to contribute and support in delivering technical solutions for various problem.

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience to implement solutions using JavaScript(React JS & Node JS)

Develop web/mobile applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type

Script, React,

In-depth knowledge in JavaScript including ES6+ and Typescript

Experience developing REST and GraphQL APIs with NodeJS and integrations with third-party solutions

Experience in React Native, Android or iOS Native is added advantage.

Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies

Experience with TDD and writing robust Unit Test cases.

Exposure to CICD tools, including Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure

DevOps, App Store deployments

Hands-on development to prototype technical solutions.

Knowledge of any cloud platform solutions (Azure, GCP)

Aware of Agile (Scrum) methodologies

Willing to adapt and learn new/emerging technologies.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

BCA/ MCA / B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science

2 - 6 years of experience in development within product-based companies or R&D divisions.

Knowledge in Java, Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Data structures and algorithms
