Responsibilities  Work across teams to organize and accelerate delivery by ensuring all teams are delivering in a coordinated manner.

 Understand the business strategy and design approaches within product, program or domain effectively.

 Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data / mechanisms for visibility, ensuring the program stays aligned with organization objectives.

 Proactively identify risks & issues and ensure mitigation efforts are being carried out throughout the software development lifecycle.

 Keep abreast of evolving technology landscape.

 Will provide technical leadership to software engineers by coaching and monitoring throughout end-to-end software development, maintenance and lifecycle.

 Analyse and provide input for the requirements and provide impact assessment for the features or bug fixes.

 Collaborate with external partner teams, business teams and other cross-functional teams effectively in driving the projects and the point of contact on the team. Job description

Copperchips is hiring full-stack spring boot developers with hands-on experience in the underneath

• Spring Boot
• AngularJs 
• Spring Data jpa
• Hibernate
• SQL
• Postgres
• Rest API

Additionally, knowledge on the underneath technologies will be a plus

• Experience in Angular.Js is a big plus
• Cloud Environments preferably AWS. GCP / Azure would also work
• Knowledge of GIT/Bitbucket, and other version management tools is a must
• Queueing frameworks, Webhooks and Event Driven Development
• CI/CD implementation using Jenkins / bamboo
• You will be responsible for
• Designing/architecting application features/modules
• Develop, build, test, and deploy software product features by adopting industry best practices
• Preparing technical documentation. Translating BRDs into FRD's. Decomposing requirements into logical work breakdown structure

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Mean Stack Developer 

Location: Pune (Remote)

You should be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of operations. You would also be working with various departments to coordinate and develop digital CRM solutions including bespoke in-house software. 

EXPERIENCE:
 

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience 
• Write clean, manageable code and maintain proper documentation
• Excellent command over Data Structures and Algorithms 
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
• Knowledge of benchmarking and optimization 
• Security mindedness in development practices 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
•  Ability to work independently in small teams 
• Responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines 

SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience using web services (HTTP, REST,) using JSON. 
• Good Knowledge of Angular, NodeJS, and MongoDB. 
• Good Knowledge of Docker, CICD pipeline. 
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
• Good in Writing effective APIs 
• Developing front-end and back-end website Architecture. 
• Accurately estimate development timelines and deliver per set schedule. ● Test Software to ensure the responsiveness and efficiency of applications. ● Experienced in Unit Testing with frameworks like Mocha and Chai. 
• Meeting both technical and consumer/client needs. 
• Expertise in optimizing app performance. 
• Experienced in using Agile principles and methodologies 
• Write technical documentation. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and review the code.
