Zapify Pro is an Instagram automation platform offering comment-to-DM automation and AI-powered replies. We help creators and businesses scale engagement and conversions by eliminating manual comment and DM workflows.

About the Role

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to own and scale organic growth for Zapify Pro. This role is ideal for someone experienced in SaaS SEO, who can drive qualified traffic, product signups, and long-term search visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategy for a SaaS product with clear revenue impact.
• Drive organic → trial → paid conversion growth.
• Perform keyword research focused on high-intent, BOFU, product-led, and content-led keywords.
• Plan, create, and optimize:
• Blog content and topical clusters
• Feature, use-case, comparison, alternatives, and integration pages
• Conversion-focused landing pages (trials, signups)
• Conduct regular SEO audits:
• Technical, on-page, content gaps, and decay analysis
• Improve site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, and indexing.
• Own content refresh, pruning, and cannibalization fixes.
• Collaborate closely with content, product, and engineering teams:
• SEO input for new features and page launches
• Lead white-hat backlink and authority-building initiatives.
• Monitor competitors: Keyword gaps, SERP features, and share of voice
• Track, analyze, and report performance:
• Organic traffic and rankings
• Conversion rates and SEO-assisted revenue
• Insights with clear action plans
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable SaaS results.
• Strong experience in SaaS or B2B SEO.
• Proven ability to grow organic traffic, trials, and paid signups.
• Deep expertise in:
• On-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Keyword research, search intent, and competitor analysis
• Solid technical SEO knowledge:
• Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
• Indexing, canonicals, pagination
• Schema (FAQ, Product, Review)
• JavaScript SEO basics (Next.js / React awareness)
• Proficient with:
• Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO-friendly development.
• Data-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution ability.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience with product-led SEO or programmatic SEO.
• CRO or landing page optimization experience.
• SaaS comparison / alternatives page strategy experience.
• Familiarity with automation, AI tools, or marketing tech.
• Experience working with headless CMS or modern SaaS stacks.

We're seeking a qualified sales associate to sell annual car and bike Scotty subscription products that our customers have grown to rely on.

• The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals.
• The ideal candidate has skills and demonstrates the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions, negotiate with clients to help them move down the sales funnel.
• Record client feedback and maintain a customer database.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the e-commerce business, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing 

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and regulations

 • Perform monthly and year-end closing procedures, including preparing financial statements and reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets 

• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information

 • Work closely with the e-commerce team to provide financial insights and analysis for decision-making

 • Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

 • Manage tax filings, including sales tax, use tax, and income tax

 • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as financial modelling and analysis

• Collaborate with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support for audits

   • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the e-commerce industry 

• CPA or CMA certification preferred 

• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

 • Experience with accounting software and e-commerce platforms 

 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 

• Attention to detail and accuracy

 • Excellent communication skills

 • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

Reconciliation:

1. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile the bank statements with the company's cash book to ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately.
2. Accounts Receivable Reconciliation: Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger to ensure that all accounts are accurate and up to date.
3. Accounts Payable Reconciliation: Reconcile the accounts payable ledger with the general ledger to ensure that all vendor accounts are accurate and up to date.
4. Intercompany Reconciliation: Reconcile transactions between different entities within the same company to ensure that all intercompany accounts are accurate and up to date.
5. Payroll Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll records with bank statements to ensure that all payroll transactions are recorded accurately.
6. General Ledger Reconciliation: Reconcile reconcile the general ledger with subsidiary ledgers to ensure that all accounts are accurate and up to date.
7. E-commerce Platforms Reconciliation: Reconcile all the entries of all B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms.

• Interpreting creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
• Researching and understanding the target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts and in-person meetings
• Writing original copy and editing content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
• Revising copy based on feedback/ direction
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of communication and industry trends
• Staying updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications or related discipline
• Minimum 2-5 years professional copywriting experience with solid portfolio of work
• Exceptional writing and research skill
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
• Social media or content marketing experience a plus
• Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides a plus
• Experience working with content management systems, WordPress, etc.
