Front End Developer

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Javascript fundamentals, Object-oriented programming, and Web concepts with 3-7 years of relevant experience in building web apps at scale.
• You must have a strong understanding of semantic HTML / HTML5, CSS / CSS3.
• Experience or familiarity with React.js or Vue.s, and build tools like Webpack, Rollup, etc.
• Curiosity to go in-depth of codebases and libraries and have the ability to set it up from scratch.
• Familiarity with Server Side Rendering (SSR) and website SEO

What You’ll Do

• Build website and frontend platform.
• Build monitoring graphs, services directory, ML model management UI. Make sure SEO and website performance are top-notch.
• Work with design teams and ability to lead other frontend engineers when we expand our team
• Take good design decisions which scale and follow best practices.

As a platform purpose-built for community entrepreneurs, LikeMinds has inbuilt tools for member acquisition, onboarding, retention, moderation, monetisation, and referrals. Our platform enables creators to drive high engagement and belonging via chat rooms, events, polls, member directory, and rewards. These features are in addition to powerful business tools like community website, subscription management, event reminders, analytics dashboard, cohort creation, in-app banners, data export, and much more. Custom integrations are also available for creators with existing assets. In the last few months, we have helped 100+ creators monetise their communities. These include entertainers, fitness & wellness trainers, professional domain experts, language instructors, life coaches, financial experts, micro-entrepreneurship coaches, and exam prep coaches. Skills Required -JavaScript, CSS, HTML 5, Angular -Strong knowledge of Angular is a must -Fluent in responsive design and mobile / tablet UI / UX -Web mobile (touch devices: mobiles and tablets) experience is expected -UI Performance: should have hands-on experience of optimizing page load, rendering, caching -Good understanding of AJAX and its UI implications -Understanding of REST Apis -Have worked on high scale growth projects in the past -Prior experience working in a tech startup is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

1. B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/CE/IT
2. Must-have requirements for candidates include proficiency in the following areas/aspects:
3. Git version control system
4. Ability to collaborate and communicate complex technical concepts.
5. Experience working with charting libraries (i.e. ChartJS, Chartist, Grafana).
6. Experience with ReactJS 
7. Experience building highly scalable, high performance, responsive web applications
8. Experience in fundamental front end web technologies including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Minimum work experience 2 years

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience building, adopting and maintaining RESTful APIs.
2. A passion for all things UI and Front End
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional experience in Information Technology field as Front End Developer
• Strong experience in HTML, CSS, Java Script, JQuery and Bootstrap
• Knowledge of formal methods and techniques in software development
• Experience / Knowledge in the following technologies/languages/libraries/frameworks:
• Exposure server side programming using Python / PHP / Java / C#
• Experience with Version Control Software (GIT)
• Ability to work independently and direct a team of any size (small to medium or large)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
